From start to finish Solgen was thorough, accurate, Very Friendly. Every step was clearly explained. Technicians arrived on time, were clean, worked as a team, cleaned up before they left and were Friendly. I highly recommend Solgen if you're interested in solar installation!Solgen Power LLC

Solgen was straight with me during the sales process, kept me aware of the progression and status of tasks starting right after the contract was signed, and helped me fully step into producing enough electricity for our home use and charging a new EV. Seems like this company likes to lose customers trust by force feeding customers and pushing them to sign papers but this is a big step and should be taken with great care. Sales Rep told us that they would reach out to us before the 3 day grace ****** if we didnt want to go through with solar. We decide to wait until next year, but the sales rep did not reach out to us and tried to change our minds for 2 days which made the grace ****** void. So now we have to pay a 3.5k cancellation fee. ****** learned and will go with another company next year when we are ready.Solgen Power LLC

This is not the experience we like to provide, however, an agreement is binding and our cancellation policy outside of the three day right is outline in that Purchase and Installation agreement. We hope you can go Solar next year, please let us know if you have any questions.Solgen Power LLC

Upon further review of this matter, we did confirm with our Account Solutions team that even though we may have been out of the three day right, we hadn't completed even the first step in the process, the Site Survey. DO IT! DON'T WAIT Incredibly pleased with the savings in my energy bill AND the support and service I received from Solgen. They had to continue to hound me as I have alot going on but they were always spot on and the follow-up is incredible. I have not had an experience with any other business as I have with Solgen and cannot recommend them highly enough. I only wish I did this sooner.
