Last year we had Solar Panels installed by Solgen. The entire process went so smoothly from start to finish. It actually produced 125% of the projected energy. It even charges our electric car which is an additional cost savings. Thank Solgen!

I agree with other customer reviews, from start to finish, the permits, install and inspections went very well and good communication by texts, emails or phone calls.Process started in February and completed in June, just in time for summer in *******!Having the Solgen app makes it easy to view your solar production day-by-day.Solgen Power LLC

Absolutely love my solar panels! I wish I had put them in sooner! Solgen has been great to work with throughout the entire process. Just had the first year check-up call and found out my panels produced more energy than Solgen initially anticipated! I cannot recommend going through Solgen enough!Solgen Power LLC

I signed a contract with Solgen Power on 4/2/23 to have solar installed. Was told that it would eliminate electric bill in the summer and reduce my electric bill in the winter. They came installed the panels. Said it needed inspection by the county, I didn't have any paperwork, none was given to me. I called Solgen, about the paperwork, spoke to ****, didn't know of paperwork, would call me back. I found packet hanging on box Solgen installed. I called ****, I was told that utility company would contacting me to sign a form. I called the utility company aweek later. They informed me that Solgen sent incorrect inspection papers. I emailed the inspection form. The utility company emailed Solgen Power they needed to upload the form I sent in Power Clerk and needed additional information. Until all of was done could not go forward. Solgen never responded. Account Mgr on medical leave. Called Solgen requested a supervisor I finally spoke to a supervisor, they contacted the utility company and got account up to date. I signed document They sent someone changed the meter. Said i was set to go. I call Solgen to come out turn on the system check that works properly. I was told would send me instructions how to turn on myself. Finally agreed send someone out. ******************* trying to contact me set up appointment I tried to reach him via phone you get a recording no representative available leave your name number email address. I sent an email no callback. Started on April 2nd, now July 5th still not working. All of the people that got involved noone following up. Account Mgr out ill his accounts no followup. If I would have known this company was not reliable I would have gone with a different company. Very poor customer service.Solgen Power LLC

From our records, we can see Permission to Operate was granted first thing this month, July and we have a work order in progress to schedule coming out to assist turning on your system. Our experience was stellar. The communication was first rate, timely, and professional. The installation was fast and well-managed. All of the permit and utility company paperwork was managed on our behalf with clear instructions for each step of the process. All in all the experience has been fantastic. Now that the system has been live for more than 6 months, I can say that we are thrilled. Performance has been exceptional and exactly what the team claimed we would see.Solgen Power LLC
