The people I dealt with from Solgen were professional and courteous. The sales team was knowledgeable and clear with their communication. The product installation was slow which is why my rating is 4 instead of 5.

I never thought that solar power was an option for us until a Solgen Power representative knocked on our door and told us that solar systems are financed with no money down. Plus the tax credits available in Washington state help make the monthly payments affordable. I understand that different situations and jurisdictions have different experiences, but everything went smoothly from start to finish and our system was installed and operating in about seven weeks. Solgen's customer service people were very responsive and any questions were answered quickly and to our satisfaction. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Solgen Power to anyone interested in having solar panels installed on their roof.Solgen Power LLC

The process from start to finish has given us fantastic system. The installation was outstanding. The biggest hold up was Puget Sound Energys final check and turning on the system. They were 30 days out to turn on the system. All in all we are very pleased.***** and ***************************Solgen Power LLC

We really wanted to write a five but we have a couple things that need to be ironed out but theyre taking care of that so lets say its a 4 1/2, you wont regret doing business with this company they are very kind, efficient and theyre very experienced in this field.
