I have been locked out of my Microsoft account for approximately two years due to too many login attempts and a typo in the phone number linked to the account that would help me regain access. I have since created an additional Microsoft account to continue using my Xbox, however I have been charged monthly for a game pass subscription on my previous account for the last two years without being able to access it. I have spoken with Xbox support, filled out countless Microsoft account recovery forms and have either not gotten a response, or have been told I did not provide enough information. I have also spoken to my credit card company and attempted to block the monthly charge as well as get a new credit card with different numbers and they are somehow still charging my new credit card $19.99 monthly. I briefly opened a second subscription under my new account but cancelled it because I was not going to pay for two of the same subscription every month. At this point I would like to be refunded for the amount that I have paid into my subscription while not having access due to a lack of a Microsoft customer support phone number to better help my issue. Additionally I would like to regain access to my old account, as there is information on that account that obviously does not transfer over when you create a new account. I will be willing to provide the rest of the information associated with the old account once I am able to speak to a Microsoft representative. I have also attached a screenshot of the recovery form response I received 9/22/2023 and my most recent response from 6/11/2025. I submitted an additional form on 6/24/2025 and have yet to receive a response. I have also included a photo of the charges from the last 12 months to my card.Business Response

I have a Microsoft account I cannot access to use or close. I am being charged annually. The email address associated with the account is no longer active and I cannot access the email account. ******************** requires me to sign in with that email address. I pay for a business email monthly for Microsoft 365. I have been locked out of my email for two weeks. unable to log in or contact support. I have put in a ticket to receive help and i have not gotten a call back until days later. Once i got the call, i was after 8pm. The agent advised he would give a call back tomorrow and update the ticket but i never received anything. I put in another ticket this past sunday and haven't heard from anyone. I have called many times and requested to speak to someone. I am unable to send clients and customers emails because i have been locked out and the authentication app is not producing a code or notification. I am paying for something that my business depends on and i am unable to use it.Business Response

Date of Transaction: June 18, 2025 Amount Paid: $159.00 Business Commitment: Microsoft committed to providing access to the Microsoft 365 Business Standard plan Nature of Dispute: I purchased a Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription. After the purchase, I added my custom domain and that change changed my login email address. Since then, my account has shown as unlicensed despite full payment and I have been unable to use any of the Microsoft 365 services. I suspect the license lives under the original login that I no longer have access to. I contacted Microsoft support through chat on June 18 and was told to email ************************************************ for help within 2448 hours. I emailed on June 18, 20, and 24 with no response. I also emailed ********************************** on June 21 and 24. I messaged the Microsoft 365 ******** page on June 24 and initiated a second chat that same day. Still no resolution. Has the business tried to resolve the problem? No. Despite multiple attempts over several days, I have received no assistance or follow-up.Desired Resolution:I want Microsoft to locate my license and assign it to my current login or grant me access to the original tenant so I can assign it myself. I would like a dedicated support person to help with this. Additionally, I would like my first year of Microsoft 365 Business to be free due to the time lost and lack of support. I also request a refund for the Microsoft 365 Personal plan I paid for in April 2025, since I am upgrading to a Business plan.Business Response

My computer was hacked through my Microsoft account and I have proof through my computer and the Microsoft account activity of signing in. I contacted Microsoft support and they attempted to revive computer but due to a storage driver issue it could not be ...they suggested to reach out to ******....but my concern is in the breach....and the proof that was found. I was promised a follow up by a security supervisor but did not get one ...instead I got an email saying my chat was lost and sorry....then I was called by some ****** who was disturbing to say the least. He wouldn't help me and refused to escalate my case even with the proof in front of us....and was just like a robot. This is wrong and I need help so maybe someone at Microsoft can learn from my computer and stop these criminals.Business Response

I Created a Microsoft account long ago, then suddenly last month somewhere suffered ************ leak, which compromised many of my Account's and ******************** included, the problem wasn't that they would'nt verify me as owner, is the fact that after verifying that i'm the owner and yet they could not do anything, and prompted me to repurchase things that i had on that account, let alone the progression lost on the games that i had on said accounts.Business Response

For the first time in history I had experienced real world power as it is an unlimited source of power exploited through my mind, body and soul. Several features regarding this experience was my discovery of telepathy, a new dynamic in quantum physics, ultimately metaphysics, by being able to host souls of the past and future. Unfortunately, I became a victim of defamed character and exploitation based on the awareness of my power in presence causing competitors to inflict harm by sending moments of attack and in acts of promotion to propaganda of **** culture. I was able to conquer another world through this source of power that lead to experiences of what officially opened a portal for rituals. My past memories was exploited, in my mind I had experienced **** from demonic forces, causing jolt like reactions that Im experiencing on occasions as the severity was worst beforehand. My telepathy was telecommunicated from the gaming system Xbox series x as this power was discovered while playing call of duty black ops 6. Ultimately I was embarrassed, attacked, defamed, exploited, and possibly framed for crimes that Im aware of but have no formal evidence of confirmation. Ive gone to experience ongoing effects as I believe my personal information has been tampered with regarding my social security office and potential business work with Microsoft office accounts. Also Ive experienced other gamers who replicate the same jolt like reaction who unanimously was unaware at that time of the harm that may occur because of my existence acknowledging them who they were or engaging in activity as a viewer or opponent in competition. I faced further health concerns regarding attacks directed at my heart, and disrupting sleep causing further depressions and signs of altering the mind to commit harm or suicide. I know businesses have been effected and work place discriminating my time from day to day activities. As well as several complications regarding my bank activities.Business Response
