      Absolutely horrible!! I have tried to call them for about month because my account is not letting me in! I no longer have the old phone number I have spent a lot of money on my Xbox so if it wasnt for that I would have just left them along time ago! They are the worst at helping people recover their accounts! I can send screen shots and everything as proof of ownership. The problem is they have no tech support! This company is the worst on how its ran for customer service honestly needs to be shut down at this point even when our work programs were ran through Microsoft they were the worst!

      This review is regarding Microsoft surface pro 7. *** had a plethora of issues with my Surface pro 7 since I started using , 1 month into it the charger would not charge. Been using usb c. A month after that, the type cover was not working intermittently. Then, the machine started to get really hot. Almost too hot to touch. For no reason, I would be working on word doc with chrome open, that should not cause a computer to get hot. And then a ticking noise developed only at ****** times . Now if does not turn on. I have mix feelings about customer support. Also, ******************** website is built to passive aggressively not make themselvrd available. I purchased my sp7 bundle at ******* brand new and I have never gotten this type of experience using any computer. My feelings towards thr Microsoft brand its is negative, how does a pioneering computer company release a garbage of a product like this? It's trash. And I'm fucken ****** because I feel that I was ripped off buying such a low quality machine. It's fucken trash. I won't apologize for using bad words I actually dumbed it down. The frustration that I been put by using this piece s*** junk has impacted my wellbeing

      Do not get a Microsoft 365 or Office subscription! Impossible to contact customer service to cancel a ************************ subscription before it bills again. I followed support links that are supposed to walk you through canceling and none of the options are even available to use. Im logged into the correct account. I have the confirmation email from the purchase with all of my information. I clicked the link in the same email (its now a year later) to cancel and its a dead link. All of their support links lead to dead ends. After 45 minutes I finally found their chat option and despite a countdown that said I was next, no one ever answered and then the messages started saying unable to send. There is no email to contact them. There are no phone numbers on the website. Every support option just leads to the same three options to try that do not work. This is the absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced.

      They refuse to help me regain my account. I have tried to a week now, and am still fighting them to try and get my account going. They'll even reply to me by email but are too much of stuck up a******* to actually fix the problem. I will take it to court if I have to because they have locked me out of my computer and my account at this point. Technicians don't even know what to do. They are the worst of any corporations out there, if you don't have to do anything with Microsoft, don't they're scam artists and some of the worst companies in the world.

      Extremely poor customer service. Ordered new ********************** online, the order defaulted to my old living address. They offered zero help in updating my address. Was essentially told too bad, we can't change or cancel my order. It's a shame because I love and support the Xbox line, but this is flat out unacceptable customer service. Now I literally have to stalk my order, and go to my old address across the city to make sure I get my order. Absolutely ridiculous.

      My access to Xbox Live was revoked while my paid subsrciption was still vaild over an unoffensive picture that was not seen by a human being, and that did not violate Xbox's community guidelines. There is now a false "strike" against my account as a result for the next 6 months. Xbox Customer Support claimed that an appeal was put through and asked me to not get a refund until it was complete, which was a lie to get me to pass the date that I would be eligible to get a refund for my subscription. This is criminal behavior, Microsoft's standards are unreal and are plumetting day by day.

      Xbox charged me for 5 months of subscriptions without my knowledge after I canceled their service. They were then unwilling to refund it after 2 separate petitions. Xbox as a company is garbage and I suggest staying away from them--play **** instead. The only note is that their customer service walked me through the process of seeking a refund, then only to turn around and deny my request. Bad business practice for sure. Boo, Microsoft.. Boo

      I guess this is just lost words on a page because Microsoft doesn't response and is not accredited BBB business. I had a issue will Microsoft ad account being suspended. After giving them all of my personal info nothing happen and I'm still locked out. I fell like they are stealing personal info and just waiting for you to click accept on something so they can use for themselves.

      Customer support is completely non-existent when it comes to the first person. The automated support online is useless when the problems fall outside the scope of the norm. Either the technical support group broadens the scope and the complexity degree by which their automated online support module draws from, or they actually have live technical support personnel available to assist with those problems that the online support is unable to resolve.

      i am senior citizen a victim of fraud and deceit and unable to speak to a person regarding double billing and when i finally get through they hang up immediately. Microsoft is most unfriendly corporation in America!!!!
