      I have been a Microsoft Xbox gamer since they first got into gaming, and never have I seen so many outright broken games launch on a system as I see on my Xbox Series X. I cant even say how many games I purchase where I cant get beyond the title screen to play the game because the game is just broken, and when I go to get a refund, Ive actually had times where Ive been denied! Pure predatory behavior! If this was an auto manufacturer, theyd be out of business for the amount of lemon law violations theyd receive. I cannot believe that theyre allowed to operate a business like this, where theyre allows to get away with selling outright broken products to consumers and there is no quality control on their end or protection on the consumers.

      I went on a cruise for a week, when I returned, my xbox account had been modified, my gamer tag was changed. it was L0RD VADER ****. Now it's Hulk205.I contacted Microsoft about this after verifying no email was received about the change to my account, also verifying no successful access was made to log into my account. The 1st person I spoke with told me to contact my bank to verify no pending charges were made for a gamer tag change. I immediately looked on my banking app to verify there was none and she urged me to call the bank to verify. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she immediately hung up on **** then called my bank, yep, no pending charges.I called Microsoft back, which is a hassle to begin with to get ahold of anybody, and they verified they didn't change the tag, doesn't appear anyone changed my tag from my console, can't tell me more than that and refused to allow me to have it reversed.I've had that tag since 2015 but 3 years ago, Microsoft changed the system so you can't exceed ****************************************************** retrieving my tag for me. Even that 2nd person's supervisor said there's absolutely nothing they can do and there's no other **** or other individuals that are capable of reversing this for me.Only thing they offered to do was reverse the $9.99 charge so I could create a new name.After being a loyal Xbox customer since 2015, this is the best ********************** could do.Not acceptable in my book!

      I was charged for 365 trial of which I did not realize. later I was billed for yearly subscription on my credit card which was connected to my skype account. they just use that information to charge me for the subscription I did not authorize and did not know until I received my CC statement.That is low, dirty, and sneaky scum.They are the biggest scammer in the world.I would give minus100. **** for the review

      Microsoft went too far with updating Minecraft and now my Computer is acting up and getting the **** every time I go to play the game. I have a High End PC and Microsoft decided to s**** it up by updating Minecraft and running my CPU up to 85C with Perfectly working Minecraft addons which were later destroyed by updates after 1.18.0 and they claim that it's engine limitations, that's a lie. They intentionally ruined the geometry of custom blocks in Minecraft Bedrock just to make more money just like the computers that they sell and then they make you buy a new one every 3 years because they call computers that are older than 3 years outdated and or obsolete. I am about done with Microsoft and I will only use them for Writing Documents in College and Running Windows 10 or 11, They just ruined my ability to play Minecraft. In addition to that, Some Windows Updates can break your computer by giving it a **** with an unsupported hardware code. I am furious and unfortunately, I'm stuck with this company because I have to use the Windows Operating System as a College Student at *************************** and Switching to Mac is cost prohibitive due to Macs being too expensive.

      Microsoft makes absolute junk. Every single Xbox controller has stick drift and sticky buttons. Consoles stop working out of the blue.

      They have taken $73.84 of my money and even with proof of bank statements and talking to my bank themselves I have not got paid back. They even called me Sept 5, 2023 and admitted it was a computer glitch. Promised I would get my money in 3 business days. I have yet to receive it niw after 7 business days. I have caught them in several lies. Worst agent was by the name of ******.

      I'm sick of the new regulations that only covers gamer and not the game makers for far too long xbox has been ignoring my comments and requests to regulat game makers for constant cheating and refused to answer questions or to make a statement so I requested a refund and still have not received any response
