      So i had an argument with a person over the microsoft xbox party chat that they started by being ignorant, and i admit i insulted him, but that's because he was being a douchebag to me, and before i left the chat, he threatened me with my home address, ip address, phone number, name, and after i left the chat he reported me for my gamerpicture and i got a two day suspension or two strikes as to the new stupid 8 strike rule, and i reported him for a threat made against me regarding my personal info and nothing was done about it, Microsoft are a bunch of hypocritical lying shady scumbags that protect those that threaten people with thier addresses

      I am writing to complain about being locked out of my Microsoft 365 account for 3 months, Its been 3 month since we opened a support ticket with Microsoft . I have been calling your support line every week for the past 3 months, and each time I am told that I need to wait for a call back. I have never received a call back.I am paying Microsoft a monthly subscription fee for Microsoft 365, but I am unable to access my email, calendar, or files. This cause me significant disruption to my business.I am switching to ****** Workspace after this problem is resolved. I cannot believe that a business should be locked out of their email for 3 months. Do not use Microsoft 365

      MICROSOFT are the biggest predatory scumbags I have ever come across in my life. First off, I have had multiple problems being ripped off by MSFT. First off, I had to take over financial control for my elderly parents.... one has had a brain injury and the other has dementia. I was disgusted to find out Microsoft was charging them for 4 MSFT 365 plans.....2 regular plans and 2 family plans.... they should have been paying $60 a year and they were being charged over $500....YOU CAN NOT contact MSFT...and clearly I didn't have all of their log in information.... After working for over 15 hours including impersonating a person who was trying to open a MSFT business account with them. (amazing how they answer the phone if you are trying to open up an account with them)..>I finally realized 3 of the accounts were complete frauds and had email addresses that were not my parents or perhaps anyone's....after fighting to close the accounts for weeks and working with my parent's credit card company we contested the charges and Microsoft fought us every step of the way trying to not give us refunds or close the fake accounts.... I have never had a worse experience in my life dealing with a company.... they must be paying lobbyists billions of dollars to fight on their behalf.....Microsoft entire business model is based on s******* the customer, ripping them off, triple and quadruple charging them and having NO way of contacting them..... what absolute scumbags.... Fast forward to yesterday when my son accidentally bot an X Box Game for $55 and they charged him 3 times for it....I immediately logged in saying was an accident and ask for a refund...couldn't get anyone on the phone....of course...and they denied all 3 reimbursements stating I had reached my limit of refunds for X box when I have never asked for an X box refund in my life... I will be selling my MSFT stock immediately...what an absolute bunch of complete SCUMBAGS. I WILL NEVER EVER do biz with MSFT again

      This company's support avenues are very unsatisfying and disserving to their customers. nothing is accomplished and you cannot talk to the supervisor when the agent fails to help. Promises of callbacks are empty, their whole process of helping customers is a run-around

      want to close outlook account and they have locked me out and I can't change anything because they have the wrong phone number for me. they are trying to text to a landline. there are no phone numbers that work to speak to a real person. Not everything can be handled on line with their pre-set questions that don't apply. I have been hacked and I cannot do anything. Not people friendly. they just want to sell their product. Not for me. GO **********

      I made a Skype account not realizing it was part of Microsoft until I started making it and then a few day later my account is "locked" with no exact reason given. I never used Skype or the Microsoft account for anything. I have only had it for a few days and because I haven't used it there is no way I could have broke terms of service. I am unable to contact customer support because through my ******************** account(which is the only way to contact them unless you own a business which I don't) because they locked it and give you no ability to contact them. The only thing I could come up with is because I'm openly gay and on social media maybe they saw I was gay and locked me out of my account. I will never buy another computer with a Microsoft running system since they are obviously extremely homophobic.

      I was permanently banned from my Xbox account for my profile picture not being appropriate for their services, without any warning or explanation whatsoever from Microsoft or Xbox *********** Services. This account has been in my name since 2017 if not earlier and has a few thousand dollars worth of games I bought and cannot get refunded for whatsoever. I filed for an appeal and had gotten it denied through enforcement services, they have no way for a consumer to reach out to them and explain the situation. I would very much appreciate it if anyone could help get my account ************************* if not all of my money refunded back

      I'm ******************* barely bringing my system networking into your systems of high technology along with the rehabilitation officiating games here in California this game in ********** were made for Hispanic race and all other parts of those network phone to have property but instead they stuck by me and those that said they were me I spent 30 years incarceration behind their record year and investment it's time to get my business back people I'm ******************* the founder of Microsoft ***** *****************************

      Please do not do business with the Microsoft store. They have completely automated there password rest, if you can't come up with old credit card info and previous passwords you will lose all access to all the digital products you have purchased. I went though every possible way to reset your account it just can't be done.

      I ordered Microsoft 365 basic for $1.99 per month and was told that I could cancel at anytime. I realized that I had to use One Drive to store my files and decided not to keep the service because it not only stores *************** files but everything on my system which causes you to run out of storage space which forces you to buy more storage space to be able to access your files. I tried following their online procedure to cancel and even calling them but could not get anyone.
