      To be clear, this is a MS ********************** and online support problem, not specific to this facility but because it was not clear on BBB what site to pick this is the site I chose. My wife bought a subscription to MS 365 family a while ago. This service was never used and the "sign in" information is lost or clearly not remembered. When I try to cancel my subscription MS requires me to sign in... which of course is impossible. Their website is fraught with circular logic that never gets you anywhere, there is no phone number listed on the website to get an actual person to help and when you ****** (never bing) a customer service number there is phone tree from h*** that after 20 minutes of pushing numbers to "get you to the right location" they just hang up on you. This is the worst business model for consumers ever!! Time for the GOV to get involved here.

      My account was suspended for no reason. Xbox didnt give a reason, and they denied my appeal. I looked over the family safety terms and as I recall, I havent done anything to deserve this unjust suspension in the last year. Based on the email and the notifications I got, Xbox didnt even investigate this. They even denied my appeal, and still did not give a reason. The report was falsified, and I am very upset. I expect an apology and something in return for this unwarranted action. I wouldnt be so upset if they specifically pointed out what it was I did or said, but they refuse to tell me what it was. Therefore, no reason to prove I deserved it, no reason to suspend my account. It was most likely some kid that got upset that he and his team lost to me and my team in Call of Duty MW2 the other night. I also want to know if its possible to sue ******************************************* for negligence in service operations and failure to investigate falsified reports. I shouldnt have to wait DAYS just to be able to play any game again. I see why people like PlayStation more than Xbox. And its not the graphics or exclusives. I am a paying customer, so I should be entitled to the reason. I have been an Xbox customer since 2010, and Ive never had this problem before.

      The last 4 years of using Microsoft's products have been the absolute worst experience of my life and they have already collected hundreds of dollars from me for products that resulted in failures, misleading promises, and malicious data collection. My account has something saved in the data that remodifies every single one of my games that I own. No matter what I do, the data is used against me to increase the AI's chances of winning against me. The first I've ever experienced something that literally forces me to lose. It's the creepiest feeling. And Microsoft keeps telling me that their not responsible for viruses that come from their consoles.

      Hotmail/Outlook is particularly worse than every other email service out there. Every time I try to search my email history, it tells me there's an error and to "please try again." There is zero customer service as well. ****** suite is outpacing them by leaps and bounds right now with docs, sheets, email, etc.

      I requested a refund from this corrupt company for a game with misleading trailers, glitches and lacking content. I owned the game for less than a day and only played it for one hour before demanding a refund and installing.Microsoft denied the refund request and ignored their own policy that states:"Refunds are typically issued for requests made within 14 days of the purchase date for games in which you havent accumulated a significant amount of play time."This is the first and only refund I ever requested from this joke of a company in over 12 years but now **** has found itself a new customer.

      I am so disappointed! I updated my newly Dynabook Laptop to a Windows 11 as Microsoft required. And now, on the startup bar of icons the sound is not working! My Dynabook Laptop worked perfect, until Microsoft updated it to a Windows 11. I have tried every solution possible as they required in their Help Support. I have tried factory reset and everything else.

      If I could give you 0 stars I would. I asked countless times to talk to someone in your legal team and was repeatedly denied. You used to have the best support a customer could ask for but not anymore. I welcome a response to this review from the head of customer satisfaction of your company.

      I am unable to download Windows 11 from my network at work, attempts to resolve this issue with microsoft support have been met with harassment in their chat support. I run the IT department at a local business where we rely on microsoft for licensing and other business operations. I will not be using any Microsoft products form here on out, and I have an appointment scheduled with my partner representative at microsoft to see what they say.In any case, i'll be switching entirely over to Linux as it meets our business needs and is more reliable to our operations. The thousands weve spent monthly on microsoft do not warrant that type of behavior, and as a partner i feel betrayed. What a terrible company. Don't fall into their vendor lock-in.

      My surface pro has become a fire hazard, and Microsoft's attitude is "lol ***** to be you". So I'd advise against anybody I know to buy any Microsoft devices.

      ZERO STARS!!I purchased Microsoft 365 from Best Buy. I had initially installed it to the Mac book I purchased. I ended up returning that Mac book and purchasing a new one. I then tried to install that Microsoft 365 to the new Mac book. Yes, I forgot my password and locked myself out. I spent countless hours with Microsoft. Everyone was giving me the runaround instead of giving me access to reset my password. Mind you I have proof of the purchase and the Product key code you need to install the software with. After countless hours I was told I didn't set up a two step verification so basically no one will be able to help me based on "Microsoft Policy" this is absurd! I have to keep trying there recovery method even though I have done it several times and it keeps saying the information I provided is not enough. The rep said sometimes you might get lucky?!?! My proof of purchase and product key code should be enough to reset my password. Pretty much I have a software I can't use that I spent money on. I filed a dispute with my bank and they rejected the dispute due to Best Buy not having enough information. I will now have to walk into a Best Buy to see if they are able to help me in anyway. If they are not I am out the money I spent on a software I CAN'T USE! DO NOT BUY MICROSOFT PRODUCTS! YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! GOOD LUCK as you will never be able to speak to a live person. MICROSOFT PLEASE CHANGE YOUR RIDICULOUS POLICY! If this doesn't get resolved, I will be filing a complaint.
