For 2 years I've tried to fix Mojang Microsoft account. They admitted in an email there's an unknown linking issue in their system specifically to my situation. The game does not run in any platform do to this issue as it causes conflicts. They refuse to assist with refunds. Across every platform it's not playable as it runs it's email checks and crashes. They don't even delete my account saying because of the link issue they can't delete. I'd say don't buy but no one else has this issue m not to mention the rudeness of some of the customers service individuals

Purchased a game at the Microsoft store/Xbox store which never loaded. When I received my credit card statement I was charged $63.30. Sent Xbox/support 5 requests to review the case. They told me once you have the game for more than 14 day, no refunds. I NEVER GOT THE ***** IT DID NOT DOWN LOAD. I asked for purchase #s, order #s, usage dates & times, any info they had that showed I got & used the game. NO REPLY!!! I've checked the reviews and thousands of people have the same complaint. We need a young lawyer to start a class action and make Microsoft return the money they have stolen.

Well My game system was stolen and I requested a refund after the thieves bought stuff with the card on it... Couldn't remove the card through outlook. They refuse to give me my money back and have no way of deleting cards unless you add a new one but with a stolen system and gaming profile that s thief is using that's not an option. And they just let a card with improper credit card numbers take money from my account again after I got a new credit card that thier system doesn't even have....

Wants to ban me for calling out Petofiles on XBOX talking about little boys. What is wrong with XBOX shows they support that type of things instead of caring they just want to look the other way PATHETIC

So, I am not sure whether the BBB can help me with my specific problem or not since they have stated they can only handle issues with businesses located in the **. I'm sure Microsoft has US HQ but they mainly associate with foreigners because of CEO and cheap wages. Either way, I purchased a Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller in October 2022 from GameStop. I ended up getting a defected controller. Both of the controller joysticks were "drifting" meaning they have a slight pressure on the joystick from either wear & tear or poor manufacturing. So all is fine I return it, get a exchange and get a better one? Nope, returned it 3 different times to GameStop until they decided they wanted to just cut business with me. They said after my 3rd return that the exchanges were out of curtesy and that I would now have to contact the manufacturers if I wanted a repair or replacement unless I paid an extra $50 for GameStops warranty. I'm on a budget and already spent $200 on this controller so that's a no. So now after 2 months of going back and forth getting replacement controllers and it took me a while to do all of this because I'm a busy person. So now I decide to take it to the warranty but unfortunately I knew exactly everything that was going to happen. I sent my device in the first time, and what do you know. I get it back pretty quickly in about a week. First, shipping was my worry but, as soon as I got the device I noticed they did absolutely nothing to the device but take my buttons I left on it. So now I still have a defected controller and missing button. Ok, I send it back the second time. Low and behold, not a thing is fixed; actually, its worse than before and I didn't even get the parts I was promised back by a supervisor named *****. Now, my 3rd repair order is ongoing currently and I have gotten my parts back now but I want compensation for this poor customer service, I have all the documents and emails I would like a refund since I can't get it from Gamestop now.

Microsoft is s******* consumers out of their money. They named their new X-BOX console "Xbox Series X" and their prior console "Xbox X". How the f*** will a consumer know they got the right console? It's easy, after you have spent $80 on an Xbox game you will get error messages from your Xbox telling you that you made the foolish mistake of getting the wrong console. They literally could have named it anything else. Xbox Advanced, Xbox+ **************** scam: brought to you by Xbox. This is clearly a marketing ploy to s**** unsuspecting consumers out of a few extra dollars. F*** you Microsoft.

I have been charged erroneously by Microsoft. I have called and called and called all day and NO ONE will help me. I have no idea what to do. The charge was $176.14 and that is a lot of money for someone like me. I have no receipt, I have no confirmation email...NOTHING. I went into my microsoft account and i have NO SUBSCRIPTIONS! I havent bought anything, either. This charge happened at 7am this morning while i was sleeping. This is theft! I have filed a chargeback with my bank but until they figure it out i am ***. I am beyond angry. So angry. I am a mom of 3! I cant just have 170 dollars yanked from my bank account. THIEVES!

I had two charges from my account, one in October and one in November. I looked up the emails I used for previous subscriptions to Office 365 and none of them had a current subscription. Microsoft has no call center to contact anyone who can help me identify what these charges are for. You are forced to use their online system, which is of course no help. I work in customer service for a much smaller company and we have a knowledge center, chat option, and call center. This has been beyond frustrating and I cannot believe how deplorable their customer service is!! I would never sign up for a subscription or buy a Microsoft product ever again because there will be no help if anything goes wrong or you have questions.

Microsoft is of no help when it comes to tech support I have called the help desk in reguards to pass word rest. I have been locked out after trying to reset and was told to wait 24 hours! Today I have tried to rest and was told to wait another 24 hours which will fall on Monday. Cannot get no help until then. The company does not care at all.

I work for a company that underwent a microsoft audit. They literally tried to bully us and shake us down for 500k. They already have a monopoly on the market but then have a culture of dishonesty and shady business practices. I was just watching the classic movie Goodfellas....old time gangsters and it hit me. You can legally steal tons of money under the guise of vague contracts meant to confuse customers....this is a corporation that can legally rob us and there's almost nothing we can do about it. It's the world we live in. Corporations and politicians play their games....they're holding the big money and can out fight the rest of us to push policies and laws that always work in their favor.
