      Microsoft, your Xbox live messaging system is absolute c*** and needs redone in a way that you can message someone live about an appeal. Whatever your system is in place is an absolute joke and has no business banning people when they shouldnt need one but you sure dont ban people when they indeed deserve one.

      Microsoft azure adv free Text to speech if open account with them or $200 credit. I opened an account and testing on Text to speech.. However, they charged me to total $35.18+$21.84. As soon as I realized the first $35.18 charged in Oct 2022 I cancelled the account and disputed unsuccessful. They continued the second charge $21.84 on 18 Nov 2022. I believe it is unfair. Please investigate to protect other citizen from this misleading adv.

      Ive used Microsoft and Xbox products for years. Recently, however, ******* TVs and Xbox consoles, particularly the new flagship $500 console have not been able to work with each other. Audio is nonexistent whenever the screen has to adjust. For example, lets say you have audio on the dashboard, if you open a game there will no longer be audio, and vise versa. Xbox and ******* are aware of this issue and have been since August. It is becoming unacceptable.

      There is no way I can talk to a representative. A charge was made to my credit card and found it is for and upgrade that I don't want. I need help rectifying this problem. I've spent 4 hours on this problem so far. No way can I reach a person at Microsoft. Can you help?

      Microsoft ads keeps rejecting my shopify store yet I have an ad campaign that is running and charging money. It wont download the feed for products but runs and does some advertising without any analytics. For the rejection to link my shopify, they can not tell me the reason supposedly for security reasons and cant help to resolve the issue at all. They have no idea why, probably AI that rejects for any reason it wants with no reason given.

      These people **** they charge your card after trial Microsoft 365 and its almost impossible to contact them for a refund. Website isnt user friendly at all

      In 2021 I had a charge to my bank for $ ****, from Microsoft. I did not approve and was credited by my bank. Skip to Oct.2022. Look in my bank account Oct.25th, 2022 another **** charge to my bank through Microsoft. Try to call Microsoft and learn only online help, no phone. After 45 minutes the man helping called my cell to continue. After a long (2-hour) back and forth there is no resolution. The man (as well as myself) could not locate where or why I was charged. The card I had on file with M.S. was no longer being used and had been blocked as I had gotten a new card a few months before. I have called my bank and am filing a claim through my bank. I am extremely upset that a huge corporation has the ability to enter into my funds and take them without permission. I do not have extra funding to allow big tech companies to "steal" what I have. Yes, this is theft! I would appreciate steps being taken as I do not look forward to this happening again in 2023!

      I bought a Laptop in 2020 and bought a 4 year protection plan with it. ***** October of 2022 and I wanted to get it fixed. Microsoft support kept transferring me and transferring me, hung up on me multiple times and told me to talk to the original manufacturer because they dont have the guts to say Ok, lets get your computer shipped and repaired. They even told mewalk into the physical store when all of their stores in the U.S are closed. Had the gall to say walk into the only one open in ********. They have wasted 2 weeks of my time of me trying to get anything, any hope to fix my computer and they responded with a middle finger. Currently I am in a bind trying to fix my computer that I bought with physical damage warranty, and Microsoft stubbornly refuses to help me get what I need. 1/1000 would not recommend buying warranty directly from them.

      If I could give no stars I would. For years I have been trying to cancel my subscription and get my money back, but its impossible to get a hold of anyone. There is no number to call and when you finally figure out how to have someone call you, going through 6 different browser to an online chat that say we will call you! Heaven forbid you dont pick up on their time. You miss your opportunity. I finally cancel my subscription, but told me they cant give me my money back and said to go through my credit card company. I provided all of the information to *********** and they said they dont have enough information to resolve the dispute and give my money back.This is so heartbreaking, with inflation happening and making every ***** count. I am just so disgusted with Microsoft and ***********. I never felt so helpless before.I hope no one goes through this experience, wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy.
