      This company is absolutely worthless. I contemplated trading in my Xbox one s 1.6TB..but did it anyway to get the Xbox series X all this took place July 8. These people PURPOSELY designed a system that wont allow themselves to help you no longer have access to certain contacts. the bonus to that is that if you forget your password, they made it so that they cant help you and that you have to buy everything all over again. July 1st-7th and beyond that I play my Xbox every day. I supplied them with my gamer tag the address that I know for a fact, it was associated with the account and the last four digits of the card. I just used last week but there STUPID ** keeps saying its not enough. So basically, if the ** scans your information and you got three or four out of five answers correct it will turn you down because you didnt get all five answers correct. They basically said s**** that you forgot your password and too bad. Youre gonna have to just buy all that stuff all over again.. MAJOR F YOU TO XBOX AND IM TRADING THIS PIECE OF C*** IN FOR PLAYSTATION. Yall ****. I HOPE JUST LIKE ****** YOU LOSE YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS.

      After many years of being a loyal paying customer of a ********************** subscription of Microsoft, I got an email from Skype on July 2, 2024 stating that they refunded our last payment. They claim that we had cancelled our subscription when in all honesty we did not. I was with customer service for a very long time and they kept changing their story. They also said that it was me that did something to make Skype cancel our subscription. I haven't done any such thing! I was promised that customer service would ************************ my ********************** subscription and all I had to do was reset my password as I could no longer log in to my Skype account. The problem was they kept sending me the same email where it told me to reset my password using an old email address that has been obsolete for many years! They REFUSED to let me reset my password by using my current email address where I have been receiving emails from Skype indicating payment information. I have deleted my old obsolete email address at least TWICE from my Skype account but ********************** seemed to have held onto it for a reason I do not know. I explained to customer service many times that that specific email address has been obsolete for quite some time. Now I no longer have my Skype phone number and I would like to know WHY my account was cancelled without warning. I would also like an apology from the company as this is now a major inconvenience.

      I received 10 fraudulent charges on my credit card for the same amount. Attempted to get customer service from ** via numerous vehicles (phone, on-line and chat) to find out what the charger where for. All are a vicious circle that leads to a dead end, The phone support actual hangs up on you when you request a live rep. I do not have an actual MS account, but when I go to create one, the app tells me that my email address is in use. When I ask for a password reset, the app gives me a phone number that is not mine. I have attempted numerous times to use MS on-line tolls for password reset, to no avail. For such a large and well know fortune 500 company, they should be embarrassed by their lack of customer support.Frustrating!

      I purchased my operating systems twice and upgraded 2 other PCs to pro. Windows 10 has been the single most toxic business practice ridden piece of software I have ever owned.For 200 USD I had to spend 10 hours setting it up to turn off Microsoft's built in nonsense. I then spent over a hundred hours redoing my work because every other update altered those settings. Then, after 8 years they still push notified my Dashboard to try LinkedIn. I spent *********************************************************************** over the coals of their toxic practices.Never again, Microsoft is bloated, putrid meat that should have been buried before Windows 11 came out. Their corporation and all of their subsidiaries have earned a life long boycott from me.

      This is the worst customer support ever ******************** you should be ashamed. I was billed twice on the same day for two different subscriptions. No refund and you cant get anywhere on the website to get a refund. You cant talk to anyone. An to think I am in technical support for your products.

      I had a xbox account that I put lots of hours into, I was playing today when all of a sudden I was kicked off and told that my account is permanently suspended. I immediately went onto the enforcement website that Microsoft provided on the pop up when they were not allowing me access to MY account. I can see that my account was permanently banned, but without reason. I immediately submitted a apeal on Microsofts enforcement site as directed, and have heard nothing since. This is very frustrating, to be locked out of my account that I own. Now I am stuck starting from scratch with no explanation.

      I took my payment method off and because it is the only way you can turn off reoccurring payments. Microsoft turned on reoccurring payments and continued to charge a card that was not on file! Their support told me there was nothing they could do and that it was a bank issue when it clearly stated on my Microsoft profile that reoccurring payments were on. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one and Microsoft is still trying to charge the old one. They keep telling me to update my payment method. They want to scam people! Do not put a card on your account!

      They force my pc from windows 10 PRO to windows 11 Home. I can't get support to contact me and I can't contact them. I been ripped off for 250$ for the windows 10 Pro.

      I bought Norton anti virus software in 2021 it's 2024. I can no longer afford to pay 9.99 cents. Every month, my bank account will over draft continusly. I tried cancelling online with no avail. I called ****** which asked me to explain why I wanted to cancel. ********** tried to convince me not to cancel explain why I wanted to cancel and even accept a similar plan. Since I didn't accept they told me I have to find Microsoft to cancel. Norton could not provide me a number, or any help. After asking ****** for help I called Microsoft, it was the same experience. Explain why, get a 7 dollar plan. The whole time I noticed their representatives are all from off shore. Microsoft nor Norton hire ***************** nor serve us fairly. At the end... the last Microsoft representative told me to call the bank to stop the 9.99 payments. I feel Microsoft and Norton don't care genuinely about their clients, ***************** American struggles nor American business. Microsoft only cares about profits.
