In 2019 I saw on my credit report I had a collections account with Convergent Outsourcing Sprint for $2000. I called for a settlement and requested a pay for delete. I offered to pay $850 but the agent on the phone said the supervisor said they would accept $1001 to settle and delete the account. I agreed and made the payment in December 2020. After 60 days the account was still on my report. I called and spoke with another supervisor who informed me the agent lied they dont do pay for delete. They were going to listen to the call recording and call me back. A few days later I received the call and the account was deleted. Now it July 2022 and I saw I had a collections account listed on my report. Upon checking it was convergent outsourcing reporting a collections account on my Experian file in May 2022. Thats in violation. My credit has dropped and its affecting my credit worthiness. I expect convergent outsourcing to honor their word and remove this record off my Experian report.

On 07/20/2022, at approximately 1:06 Pm (PST), I received a missed phone call from **************. I then called the phone number as stated back at approximately 1:54 pm, and was given a very challenged employee who sounded like she was eating and not so understandable as I asked her multiple times to identify her comply her name and spell her name which she argued and refused. The employee was very childish and when asked her to spell her name she refused and finally did after multiple requests. Then told ********************************* that I wanted a Supervisor. I was then placed on hold multiple times and no Supervisor and advised her to spell her name multiple times and refused then comes back screaming a guys name by; ***********************. I refused to identify myself as her professionalism was very bad then she hung up. I then called back at 2:01 pm and guy of Mr. **** refused to provide name of his first and spell it then hung up. Then called back at approximately 2:04 pm and spoke to an *************************** who claimed she was a Supervisor who was very rude. I asked Hardian to spell her name and she was not understandable like *****, then made complaint and told Hardian I need her to spell the name of first representative and refused. Hardian eventually did with attitude and told me; that I was being challenged/challenging her and said I must be challenged. Now I want $2,500 in compensation, cease and desist and proof of debit and copies of original debt from original creditor. Company is not in ********** using a ********** number and not licensed for my state, which violates another law.
