I am not saying they are reporting right or wrong. I am just saying that I am not 100 percent sure if they are. I also read something called the Fair Credit Reporting Act where it said by law, I had rights to challenge anything I am not sure is accurate. Some of the people reporting things on me, I have never heard of which made me write to you all. Are you familiar with something called 15 U.S.C. Sec. 1681i(a)? I heard that if you cant provide proof, these accounts must be deleted. Well I want these accounts deleted if they are not 100 percent right and correct. So, could you please check on these and get back with me? I saw on a Credit Site and Board where this lawyer said you have 30 days to complete this investigation.       This complain is due to the negative marks made by your company on my credit file. I would be willing to accept this debt if it were mine and upon Validation and Proof of Claim but its not mine and theres no way that you can validate it. So let it be known that I am requesting full validation of this debt. I demand that you take action to this matter because it is causing me a lot of stress lately. Please remove this negative account in my credit report. The value of my credit worthiness is at stake.

      I reached out to Convergent and they sent me a debt in the mail, so I told them to validate the debt. They have failed to do so since then. I reached out to ****** and they stated they do not see my account in their system. I sent a letter to all 3 credit reporting and Experian has failed to remove this. The other 2 companies have resolved the issue and removed this from my credit report.

      I viewed a printout of my credit record and found some errors. I believe that these items are damaging my credit file and costing me too much time and money every year. These disputed accounts were claimed to have been accurate or verified.       I received a letter dated 06/04/2022 alleging I owe a debt. I apologize, I do not have the exact date of receipt of this letter. I wrote my own letter in response within a few days of receiving it (my letter is dated 06/21/2022). In my letter I was excruciatingly clear to NOT CALL ME. I got a call today from them. As far as I know, this is illegal and I am within my rights to seek legal actions. However, I am willing to overlook such actions in the event that this alleged debt, which I was disputing anyway, is absolved. In my letter, I also sought specific information regarding the alleged debt in an attempt to validate the debt. To the best of my knowledge, with the limited information on the letter I received from them I do not owe this debt? So given that the alleged debt should be in a dispute status, I should not be called anyway. I did not receive any information for validation purposes in response either.

      I am rejecting this response because: 

       

      "In response to this complaint, we will mail ******************** documents obtained from Sprint, validating the
      balance that they state is owed. Convergent Outsourcing can confirm that we have ceased phone calls on
      behalf of this account. We will update the disputed status of the account to the credit bureaus with accuracy."

       

       I specifically and purposefully explicitly requested significantly more information than simply that. I specifically used the langauge "including but not limited to", leaving the door open for even MORE information than the specific documents I cited in my original dispute. Anything less than the specific documentation I requested and I will not remotely consider paying a single ***** and just letting it age out (I'm allegedly already 2 years in,....by law its 7 years).
