      Horrible. You wait online for an hour with no response. I haven't been able to use my card this year and it is incorrect, which is not my employers error. I wish I hadn't gone with them. ******** customer service.

      They are trying to scam people of their benefits. Logged in to the portal this morning and it doesn't show you your card balance. How is this acceptable? They should no longer be operating.

      I have Navia to reimburse for childcare. I have a bill that's like $600 of childcare and there's a $15 charge for diapers. I'm trying to reimburse $400. I've never had an issue in the past with this sort of thing as the charges are the same every week. Out of the blue my current claim gets denied because there's a diaper charge on the receipt. I've crossed it out, explained that $400<$600, etc and this hasn't been a problem in the past. After resubmitting I keep getting a "we don't reimburse for diapers" comment as the only explanation. I'm not trying to get reimbursed for diapers! It's a line item receipt for a reason! My daughter goes to the the BIGGEST box daycare in the nation so I'm sure the same type of receipts have come across their desks before. Hopefully others aren't having my same problems.Currently waiting to talk to a representative for 30+ minutes which *****. I've spent at least an hour trying to get my money reimbursed at this point in time.The website needs improvement. I can't see what claims have been approved or exactly how much money has been deposited into my account. Please do better Navia. For others reading, complain to HR and see if they're willing to use a different provider in the future.

      This site is a joke. All the negative reviews and BBB gives Navia Benefit Solutions. I submitted online claims the first week of this month. On January 8, 2025 I emailed them because I couldn't spend 45 minutes waiting for someone to possibly pick up the phone. I got a response telling me to log on to the website. There's nothing there that gives me a status for those claims. So I decided to call and use my speaker phone. They kept repeating "wait time is less than 45 minutes". After about 15 minutes the message changed; wait time is less than 60 minutes". The call must consist of 3 or 4 people. I'm stuck this year, but this is the last time I use Navia or see the BBB as a neutral arbiter!

You should have received an automated email from us about the status of your claim, letting you know if we received it and then another if it was approved or denied. If you have not received those emails, please check your spam filter and whitelist **********************************************.

      The website user interface is poor/confusing, their app is frustrating, and they deny claims for unknown reasons. Navia isnt a scam in my experience, just inconsistent and borderline incompetent. The extra effort to be reimbursed for obviously eligible claims is a big frustration for me and Im starting to reconsider if the tax break is worth ***** an example, a group of claims were approved and paid out before earlier submitted claims, requiring me to point that out and for them to essentially say, oops, our bad- likely never paying them out without intervention. Among other issues, in my experience, claims have been denied due to not reading the entire receipt, policies on recurring expenses have changed, and the service is just slow to respond and pay out.Navia is just a below average provider, ***. I havent been able to use another service as this is my employers choice, but I have to believe there are better options out there for an ***.

      Navia is, quite simply, the worst. Forget about their customer service. It may as well be non-existent. 40+ minutes on hold with no answer, emails returned (at best) 36 hours after being sent. But even worse is their horrible website, which is why they make customers delend on their terrible customer service. for For example, I have an account with two different balances showing. How much is in there? You have to contact the nonexistent customer service. I have a debit card with them that gets declined. Go on the website and it says the card is Active. What to do? Contact the nonexistent customer service. Claim denied? Good luck finding out why. You'll have to contact customer service, who will tell you it shouldn't be declined. And will then take days or even weeks to sort it out. In the meantime, they hope you'll forget so they never have to reimburse you. Don't forget that the nature of their business model actually rewards them for making your money as difficult to access as possible. This is the only area where Navia Benefits Solutions is successful: conspiring with their corporate sponsors to fleece your paycheck, free from encumbrances from the **** They run a racket. A Ponzi scheme, and their participants are at the bottom of the funnel.

      Navia Benefit Solutions (NBS) is the company that my work/health insurance uses for the flex spending account (fsa). The point of the *** is to take pre-tax money from MY paycheck to be used at a later date for MY HEALTHCARE COSTS. It does not matter what my insurance pays, what does matter is the amount I paid-the whole and sole purpose of the ***. I submitted different receipts for reimbursement, one from a DENTIST and one from an ANESTHESIOLOGIST. I submitted the receipt for my dental work several times and it was denied every time for different reasons. I was eventually told that it was denied because there was a pending balance for my insurance to pay. This makes NO sense, as what my insurance pays has no impact on my fsa reimbursement request. All the matters is what I PAID FOR MEDICAL CARE which is OBVIOUS from the receipts I submitted. This is not right. I shouldnt have to call and fight to be revised from MY MONEY FOR MY MEDICAL CARE! The amount of stress and turmoil Navis has caused is unreal. I wish I had never signed up. Im just hoping to get back what I have contributed. I will never reenroll. This is basically a scam.

      When you come in they tell you everything you want to hear. You will feel like you are going to be part of a family. Down to the ridiculous song they make you sit through during orientation. Its all an illusion. Everything is not as it seems. Get ready to work a ton of over time that wasnt disclosed in the beginning and have no work life balance at all. My manager would wait until the end of a very long shift that we werent even supposed to be working to complain about her divorce and talk about her life and her kids. People that are supposed to be Leads and help you dont. You have to wait for extreme lengths of time to get a response if you need help while an angry participant waits forever and just gets more and more angry. No matter how badly abused you are by the participant, they will do everything in their power to make you deal with it, even when the participant clearly ask for a manager. Which, fun fact, you cant connect them directly to. They have to receive a call back, so yeah, imagine how fun that is. Training was an absolute joke. They do not prepare you enough. This is the job you take if you are ready and willing to die. Your morals will die right along with your physical body. The participants are being screwed left and right and you get to hear all about it. I had participants call in screaming and crying every other call because of how shady and confusing Navia makes EVERYTHING for the participants. There is zero education for participants and it literally ruins lives. I listened to it. I saw it. Daily. Its every man for themselves. There is no team. A few months in I became very, very ill. Thanks to this horrible job I developed erosive gastritis and colitis due to the stress and insane hours. Took me over a year to heal. I lost 30lbs and I didnt have the weight to lose. I was almost hospitalized. This job ruined my life and Ill never forget the participants lives that I watched be horribly impacted by this company.

      PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I paid them $1,500.00 at the beginning of the month and they cashed my check on the the 3rd. We are now 3 weeks into the month and I still do not have an insurance policy. They keep telling me it will be another 7-10 business days. As far as I'm concerned they have basically stole my money - I PAID FOR A SERVICE AND THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING ME WITH ANYTHING!!

      I wish I had never signed up for this benefit. I thought it would help me set aside money for daycare but it has been a nightmare. The debit card they gave me did not work and when I called them they said it was the daycare fault. So I had to put in claims. The claims take forever and even if you call and ask them to approve it for some reason the date that you get that money moves around. Everytime I spoke to these people it was a "talk to your employer." For the life of me I can't figure out how my employer which is a hospital would know answers to the questions I have about why I can't get money from this company. Paying out of pocket and them taking the same money out of my paycheck has ruined my finances as I had to not pay other bills to pay daycare because this company takes 20 days to give you back the money you spent. This is worse than getting a loan. I will never sign up for with this company for anything. And will tell everyone I know not to too. I feel they make everything so difficult and hard because they want to keep your money in the end which they get to if you don't claim it all. Then in September after almost a whole year of putting in claims one of the people I speak to says. Oh well it looks like no one activated your debit card..... so after all the humans I called and the original person I spoke to about the card not working all of them blamed the daycare when really no one looked to see if my card needed to be activated. If you want the hardest system there is to get your own hard earned money back. This is it. It has not helped me in any way shape or form other than made me more in debt and have late fees on other bills because I had to pay out of pocket and put claims in. So it's like I pay daycare twice every single time. It's exhausting and a system meant to ruin you financially. I'd advise everyone to not do it. Run. Find a different company. This one wants your money and will make you jump through hoops to get it back.
