I pay for flight, had to cancel. no credit, no refund, I got nothing back what kind of scam is that? What business can you pay $600 and not get anything back. I will never travel with them again they lost a customer for life even if I have to pay more to another company they will never get my business.

Requested flight change from later to an earlier flight, blatantly said 100%full, not availble...literally few minutes after someone else ran up and asked the same thing, ticket printed and he was able to hop on the flight last minute...I'm asian and he was Caucasian..not sure if race played a role and I'd hate to think about it but there is the possibility. Terrible...Worst ****************** ever.

Horrible customer **********************. I asked for assistance for my granddaughter to.get to me since she is a minor. Alaska refused. I contacted customer ********************** "social care 24/7" and they were the most horrible people. Don't bother with them. Their company has gone downhill.

I left my iPad in the seat pocket of an Alaska flight to SEA. I realized the evening of my return and promptly filed a lost item report with all the details including serial number. The iPad had a VERY unique brightly-colored case with various stickers that I described in my report. I have FindMyiPhone app and was able to track it to their warehouse in ***********, which is where it stayed for about 2 weeks until the battery died.Almost a month and a half later, on March 10th, I was alerted that the iPad had turned on and I promptly sent a message to the iPad with my contact information and details of the loss. The iPad stayed on for 4 days and presumably was turned off or the battery died. I have called multiple times, every 2-3 weeks since January and they cannot find it. I am at a loss. This is an extremely unique item and I cannot wrap my head around how it has not been found with all of the keyword searches and serial number look *** at their disposal. Each time I call they say just be patient. And I have. I am kind and polite to each customer ********************** associate. I called today with no news. The agent told me they dont normally hold them for this long it and was likely donated or sold by this point! I am so frustrated and am beginning to get suspicious about some type of foul play. I have heard from others this is not a unique experience and I am beginning to wonder if there is an element of corruption in their lost and found system.

Stolen property from a check bag and refusal to reimburse. I will never fly with the airline and I suggest others do not as well. I had a connecting flight and somehow my checked luggage did not make it on my final leg. I was contacted during boarding stating I need to retrieve my luggage which was very strange for a domestic flight. My layover was 1.5 hours, ample enough time to make it to my flight. After communicating with the agent I was told my bag was on the way to my current flight. Upon arrival of my destination my luggage was not at baggage claim. I was told it was placed on a different flight and theyd ensure I will receive it. I finally received my luggage and when unpacking I noticed all my clothes and make up were thrown out of my packing cubes. I had jewelry and make up missing and instantly contacted the airline. I went through the entire process of filing a claim (police report, timeline of luggage handling, paperwork, etc.). Upon requesting an update of my claim 4 weeks later, I was told they were sorry and we are not liable. This is very disheartening because my stolen necklace was very sentimental to me. How can you wave liability when there is proof of negligence? My luggage was only in the hands of their thieving employees. Please be careful flying with this airline.

Absolutely Horrid Experience - Terrible Customer ********************** - Lost Luggage for more than 3 Months.Don't ever waste your money with Alaska Airlines. Spring Break and Summer vacation is coming up and you don't want the stress of being treated like a number with a company that takes no responsibility for their acts and mistakes.Alaska Airlines lost our 3 bags on December 22, 2022. It's been 3 Months, and nothing has been done. We filed a claim in person and online, followed up in person, and have spent many hours on the phone every single week for the last 3 months only to be mistreated and to hear that Alaska Airlines don't take responsibility for their acts. My Family and I were left without clothes, lost many valuable Personal items and expensive gifts bought for Family members. We trusted our luggage to Alaska Airlines, paid for *************** have the Baggage Claim tickets, and still are getting no help and being treated as we don't matter. The stress, anxiety and financial loss Alaska Airlines is causing my Family is inhumane, cold blooded and cruel.

I have had the worst experience with Alaska Airlines. My 15 year old daughter was traveling with her friend, the first time flying without me or my husband. Alaska changed her flights, so I had to make changes to update her flights. One update saved (return flight) that I made over the phone, however the departing flight (that I changed online) did not save in their system. While at the airport, my daughter tries to check in and find out that the changes were not saved, and no one at the airport could help figure anything out. So I had to call and wait on hold almost 20 minutes to try to figure out the flight, then after another 20 minutes on the call, Alaska Airlines tells me that there is NOTHING they can do. I had to purchase ANOTHER ticket, one way, and they would reinstate the previous return flight, and for my TROUBLES they didnt charge me the $15 service charge. SERIOUSLY?!!! NO credit for my previous flight! No help, support, or resolution- other than me buying a whole new ticket. This is why I DO NOT FLY ALASKA AIRLINES! Even my employer - the entire company is Delta preferred. This is TERRIBLE customer **********************!!!

Lately every flight Ive booked with Alaska has had the departure time changed numerous times. Then you finally get to the airport and get harassed to check your carry on because theyve overbooked because theyre greedy. Agents begin threatening to randomly choose people to check their carry on and are completely rude about it. Thinking theyre almighty with their imagined power. Or they change your seating. Ive had my checked luggage lost twice and my sons once. That seems excessive for one family. And more. Customers are NOT this companies priority anymore.

I had no idea Alaskan Airlines had gone from a great airline to a complete garbage company, but they absolutely have. Just complete garbage using their past's reputation to hide their shame. My flight got canceled from the weather.. It happens though I was a bit surprised Alaskan Airlines was having the worst time dealing with the cold than any of the other airlines... WTF right? They reschedule me for a fight the next day, but cancel it a a few hours after check in time for hotels.I go in the next day and there are Zero fights available for the next 3 days, this is dec 23 btw, so there is no getting to my family for Christmas. I make reservations on a train and half expect to meet either *********************** or ********************Anyway, the person who I spoke to said they would refund my ticket for me, BUT its jan 11 now and still no refund. I try to speak to them online chat but that just doesn't work, I call them and get a different number to call, I call that number and get a different number to call and call That number and I get a busy signal... WTF AA... I keep attempting to get through but it NEVER STOPS GIVING A BUSY SIGNAL...So Alaskan Airlines is basically Now a Company that will steal your money and give you a run around that costs you more in time than the money they will give you. They are nothing more than a ************ making it so hard to get a refund that you either give up or give up so much time you lost either way. Spirit has better customer ********************** than AA... WTF AA.

booked a trip via travelocity. Alaska Airlines from *******-*** $278. Then a connecting flight on Delta Airlines from ******* to *****. Delta extended their part of the ticket to December **** due to Covid-19. Alaska Airlines says my ticket expired but I got no forewarning in a text message nor an email with indications that my ticket would expire. I have been trying to speak to a representative and access my ticket information with Alaska Airlines since January 2020. I was finally able to speak to a representative via text messages. I have text messages documentations to prove beginning April 2022. My husband had underlying health issues, and we both contracted COVID. We were told by our doctors not to fly during COVID. It is not fair for Alaska Airlines to have my tickets expire and not give me a credit or refund for used ticket due to COVID-19. I emailed the *** ************ expaining my issue. I received a message indicating my email was BLOCKED.Alaska Airlines refuses to pay a refund or provide credit for future air travel.
