Mechanic came out to replace a battery. The car started but 20 minutes later would not start. They told me it would be another $150 for the mechanic to return and they could not return for another week. They take your money but poor service, no refund.

Wrench and Your Mechanic Scam!!!!Theres a service that will come out to your home, called Wrench and Your Mechanic and they will come out to your home and fix your car. The appealing part is that they will use certified mechanics to fix your car under underneath the price of the dealers. The problem is its a scam!!!They dont use certified mechanics and currently they have charged my credit card $465 for work that they have canceled four different times. The first two times the mechanic wasnt available. The third time was because the part wasnt available . This time no one just didnt showed up. They have already charged my account $465 and when I asked them for my money back, they said they cant do that. It is a scam!!! If you go into the Better Business Bureau and youll read several negative reports about them. Stay away from Wrench and Your Mechanic. Please pass the word!

I have called several times about a poor experience I had on September 3rd, 2024. The mechanic you deployed, *******, was late by several hours, causing me to miss a full day of work. He also was extremely negligent and caused damage to my vehicle by not bringing the correct equipment. He did not reinstall my passenger side, wheel cover. He was asked to come fix my alternator, I dont know why he removed it. I was informed that I needed to hire someone else to fix it, since he was in capable. He informed me that if I just tucked it in, it would be fine on the road. Forward to three days later, it gets ripped off on the highway. Turns out you cant just tuck it in. His negligence, lack of care of my safety, and others on the road is extremely disturbing. Not to mention the dog he left in his car for several hours while he was supposedly working on my car. What is more upsetting is your lack of accountability and willingness to uphold your warranty.

This company is a disgrace, horrible customer service. If theres an issue they dont help properly, charge u $150 to cancel an appointment within 48 hours, if you make an appointment the day before and need ro cancel for whatever reason they will still charge you. This is a horrible way to do business and if you are already troubled with a car repair expense charging a cancellation fee is not it. Dont do business with them, their mechanics are also rude and in a horrible mood!!!!

I had to have diagnostic on my car, cause I didnt know why my car wouldnt start, anyway they said that I needed a starter, turns out that wasnt the case , long story short, I needed a battery terminal fuse block and had to have another mobile Machanic to service my car. Your Machanic does a great job , because they serviced my previous car before, they just need a better reading on diagnostic

I had called them Tuesday to come diagnose my car and they turned me away saying it was my key fob. Had my husband call and they set him with an appointment after telling them the same thing I told them. They come out and charge the $180 to misdiagnose the car having me buy a wrong part when a second opinion proved their mechanic isnt experienced as one charging $180 to look should be, because I was told it was a starter and not the alternator like the other mechanic laughed we went with such a dumb mechanic.

I had an appointment on May 4th at 7 o'clock in the morning the mechanic showed app on time.. The mechanic denies complete the job half of the job was told by the customer service that my account will not be charged the next day which is on a Sunday they charge my account I called on Monday and asked why did you do it didn't give me an answer so they stole my money so they think luckily I have a good fraud department that can retrieve my money and more. There were 2 oxygen sensors was not install it went over the hour and they still charge my account But never fear I got my money back so this company they are scammers and the people. I study how they work they're certain services that they list that they do not do but they still keep the service on there so when you purchase knowingly that they can do it but behind closed doors they don't do it the one mechanic told me about that he says beware. Well finally got my money back and everything's OK I'm not gonna use this company is good when it suits them and benefits them if you go The length of time they will have to stop the work and charge you to pull them out.

      - Refund Request for ************************* I am writing to file a formal complaint against YourMechanic regarding an unsatisfactory repair service. On April 9, 2024, I hired YourMechanic to replace the oil cooler on my 2016 Chrysler 300S. The mechanic assigned to the job, Haracio, completed the repair in approximately 3 hours. However, following the repair, I noticed an oily mess in the engine compartment, and after driving the vehicle for a day, I discovered oil leaking onto the manifold, initially mistaken for exhaust fumes.Upon contacting YourMechanic to address the issue, I was informed that a revisit by a mechanic would incur a $169.00 inspection fee if no problem was found. Subsequently, on April 15, **** arrived to inspect the vehicle and confirmed that *******'s workmanship was subpar and described it as a sloppy job. While **** cleaned up the oil, he assured me that there was no active leakage and waived the inspection fee as promised.Unfortunately, a few days later, I detected the smell of oil once again and upon inspecting the vehicle myself, I observed oil seeping out of the manifold. Despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance from YourMechanic, the company has failed to address the ongoing issue satisfactorily and has not responded to my inquiries.Given the persistent oil leakage and the failure of YourMechanic to rectify the situation despite multiple service calls, I am requesting a complete refund of the $558.00 paid for the repair service. I believe that the work was not performed to a satisfactory standard and has resulted in ongoing issues that need immediate attention.I appreciate your assistance in mediating this dispute and ensuring that YourMechanic takes responsibility for the inadequate service provided. I am seeking a prompt resolution to this matter and a refund of the amount paid for the repair service.Thank you Sincerely,****** 4-23-2024

They were reasonably priced and so thorough in diagnosing my car issue I will definitely continue to get my car repaired by then. I give ***** and **** a 10 for their performance.
