      Ordered shoes . I received them but they are clearly used and worn! The bottom of the shoe super dirty . The shoes have creases in them like Someone has been running in them on a tar road !! So disgusting and TRIFLIN of whoever to box this shoe and mail it Spending the money I spent for the product I would like to know they are NEW AND UNWORN, WOULDNT you ??

      Nordstrom card services suspended my card with any push, email or phone call notification. I was told by their customer service representative that it was due to "unusual activity." It is the holiday season, most account have "unusual activity" from October until January! Gave card services my last four of my social, birthdate, full name, billing and shipping addresses, the last 5 transactions on my account (purchases and returns)...when asked about a direct relative for verification purposes, I gave my mother's full name but this was unable to be verified (I'm not surprised, why would my mom be listed on my credit report). After wasting my time on the 3rd card services call I was told that I'd be required to go into a store, provide ID and then a store representative would call card services again for verification. This is ridiculous! I'm not sure why I was targeted when EVERY HOLIDAY I MAKE UNUSUAL PURCHASES AND HAVE UNUSUAL CARD ACTIVITY ON MY ACCOUNT! There is no Nordstrom store near my billing or shipping address and I have zero intentions of providing Nordstrom card services additional accommodations so I can spend my money within their stores.Beware of their card services departments random targeted actions, inconsiderations, inconsistencies and ineffectiveness. My credit score is almost a 800, I was never delinquent and I was never contacted about any fraudulent transactions.I think its time for me to take my business to Bloomingdales. If I must purchase an item there due to convenience, I'll use Amex. This has been my worst experience by far while using a retail store card. There brand has lost my trust.

      placed an order Nov 22, 2022. Received an email for a shipping delay that said I should receive the item on 12/2/22. . I called them a week later. My order never shipped. The item is no longer available after they took my order. I never received an email saying I would not get the product I ordered. I will never shop through them again.

      Back in 2019 I bought a pair of earrings from Nordstrom online and was happy with them. Then I tried to get another two pair yesterday 12/2/22, and had a nightmare of a time trying to get them, even with the help of Sol in chat. I had entered my address correctly a number of times, and the site said they could not find my address. It was right there in their list when I entered it, and yet they said they could not find it when I tried to checkout with my order. Now they will not even chat with me. I tried calling them, and got nothing but an endless phone tree of ads about things of no interest to me and finally hung up. I tried emailing them and they do not respond. I've finally had to just give up on getting those earrings. I've given up on doing any business at all with them.

      Ordered an item this morning and used Paypal to pay for the purchase. This evening I found ****** had emailed that Nordstrom had increased the price of my order and they had paid from my checking account without my knowledge. Needless to say the item will be cancelled and I won't shop there anymore.

      **************** was surprisingly really rude and did not help me with my problem. Didnt even listen. Did not feel like its worth the $$$ at this store to be treated poorly. I thought this was supposed to be high end?

      Nordstrom used to have exceptional customer service. However, something happened in 2022. Just in the last month, I had 3 online same-day pickup items cancel and was accused of not being the rightful owner of a shirt I was gifted when I went in to return it without a receipt. After years of being a loyal customer, I am now opting for other stores.

      Horrible customer service for them supposedly known for being the hallmark for customer service. I received a birthday gift card for **** last year. I finally scratched off the access code this year and decided I was going to use it when I couldn't get a clear read on all the numbers. I ended going to the ***************** location and they swapped the card for a new one giving me a receipt and saying my **** is loaded. The next morning I called to check the balance and it was 0 and the representative said it reverted back to my old gift card but that was thrown out by the associate helping me from the day before. It's been a month for them to investigate and they said someone used it online and I said it's impossible unless it was an employee because I still have the physical card and been waiting for them to investigate and kept the card to myself. They were no help and told me to file a report with the police. They won't tell me any information about the person who ordered it because of security purposes.

      Long time customer. I did not receive half my order. Called the same day about not receiving it. I was told to wait a few more days even though it said it was delivered. When i called back a few days later customer service submitted a claim the next day it came backand denied. After weeks of calling my issue was finally resolved.
