Scammers. They charge 160 to enter and fill a questionaire, and 40 for an initial charge. They then will charge 450 to process papers. All of these things you can do easily yourself. The questionaire is exactly like divorce forms, and the 450 is basically them to mail out papers you can mail out yourself anyway. They are scammers to the core and should be taken off the internet.OnlineDivorce.com

Horrible customer service. This service is not what it is perceived to be. I asked for a refund before any services were rendered and was denied because I have "access to the website". Not sure what service that is but ********************** on something you can do yourself for a quarter of the price ..I will dispute with my bank for fraud after several failed attempts at a refund.OnlineDivorce.com

Scam Alert!!! I paid for the platinum package in October 2020. My documents were not processed, I was never contacted. When I requested a refund I was given instructions that I followed. Upon my last emails the company informed me that due to their 30 day refund policy I could not get a refund. THEY TOOK LONGER THAN ************************************************** for their lack of professionalism. Today I received an email from this company stating that my divorce forms were finally complete (3 years later). When I logged in to retrieve them, I was instructed to pay yet another $150. This is a criminal operation and they deserve to be shut down and sued for scamming people out of their money. I paid for a service I never received and they are refusing to refund my money. I have every email sent and received to support my claim.OnlineDivorce.com

I paid $159 for Online Divorce on 3/16/23, after about 10 minutes after I received the questionnaire I asked for a refund because the questions were a little suspicious. I answered the basic questions, name, address, email, gender, nothing more. Online Divorce said they can only refund me 50% of what I paid because I already started the questionnaire. $59.50 is not half of $159, also because I answered 4 questions and you called doing a service for me. Do not trust this service, they Will keep $100 of your money and probably charge you monthly fee.OnlineDivorce.com

I started the process for my divorce in August 2022, in finalized February 2023. This is not fast service. My forms were held up for months in the service's possession, I called weekly and was told that the company gives themselves 3 weeks for every step of the process, including generating a mailing label for the documents to be returned. This was not stated up front and they claimed to offer fast service. I was going to use the platinum service but had to cancel since it was taking months and no progress was being made so I cancelled the platinum service and literally begged for my court fee money order and documents I paid for to be returned to me so that I could take them to the courthouse and file myself. It took at least 4 calls and threatening to get an attorney to get my documents escalated to be mailed back to me with my money order for the filing fees. The excuse was that the company was shorthanded. Upon receipt I immediately filed with the courthouse and waited the sixty days required by ***** for the divorce to be finalized. My divorce was finalized this week. February 2023. What should have been done in 3 months took 6 months and caused a lot of undue stress. I definitely do not recommend the ***************** the documents were accepted by the court thankfully, if you want fast service this is not the avenue to take. Their mailing service is awful and they do charge extra monthly subscription fees without notice.OnlineDivorce.com

I started this process over 6 months ago and my spouse has still not been served. Each step takes them a month, and the serving took so long that the writ of summons expired and had to be renewed. When I call them nothing happens and emails do not get responses before a week and when they respond they are unhelpful. I hope the writ of summons doesn't expire again before they send out the forms. Save your money and file yourself!!OnlineDivorce.com

the WORST,endless contradictory advice. you never know where you are in the process. yes they supply a neat "gauge" but one day, one email says 47 %. next day another e mail says your at 7%. CONSTANT CHANGING GOALPOSTS. it like there is no communication within the company. if I had the choice I'd just pay an actual lawyer to do it. it was around ****. I wish I would have done that instead. THEY ARE FRUSTRATING to deal with. and some of the agents don't have a firm grasp on English. can I leave a zero star?in reading their responses in other COMPLAINTS they seem to act like "oh were on it". but read the reviews , almost everyone speaks of the same thing: CONFUSION AND DELAY.OnlineDivorce.com

Terrible service. They did nothing for my divorce then continued to charge my account for over a year after I notified them multiple times (which they acknowledged) to cancel and refund. You will get nothing for your money, and they will continue to charge you and refuse to refund what is wrongfully taken. Do not waste your time or money with them.OnlineDivorce.com

They are very slow with paperwork and I been waiting for a month for my paperwork to be sent off. I have paid for extra services to only be held up. The service is slow and they tell you it will cost one price and then end up charging more. They dont respond to status updates only give you an excuse as to why it hasnt changed. I work for a law firm and there is no reason that it should take them this long. I could've had my divorce already filed in the court and not have spent as much money as I have so far.
