      I signed up with this company and have severe regrets. They claim they guarantee their *********** called today to get my money back. I was left on hold while they played some annoying music. Their website ******************* will not return phone calls or otherwise provide help with the process. I've been unable to connect with them by phone as you get only music when calling for technical help. I can't imagine a worse company to use for divorce. I've been left hanging several times & asking for them to implement their guarantee is a joke; you'll get lots of music and no action. I'd appreciate BBB's help in utilizing the guarantee so I can find a legitimate firm to handle my divorce!

      You can assist me by refunding the $39.99 you prematurely tacked on for an extra month's service which I did not receive. You might also want to drop the guarantee portion of your promotional blurb as it seems to never be honored.
