I keep getting false item delivered updates, even when I know the item is in another completely different part of the country. I call and ask to cancel items, and they tell me to wait another month for **** to deliver to me in CA. It takes 3-5 days to deliver anywhere in ******* using even ground transport ****.I ask to cancel the order and they keep telling me to wait, even after I tell them to read the dozens of recent reviews saying customers never received the product. This is a scam by the vendors to get paid as soon as a shipping label is created. I tell customer service that its clearly a scam and ask why they allow these companies to keep taking Amazon customers money. They dont care. Well after thousands of purchases? Im done with them. Ill use doordash or Instacart instead. They deliver same day, too.

I have been an Amazon customer for over 7 years. That includes shopping, Amazon Prime, and Amazon music. Now the Prime and Music I have been paying for by the year for the last 7 years. So now, after I had to file fraud with just about every credit card because of someone stealing my information, Amazon locked me out, including the yearly subscription. I will not do business with Amazon from here on out. I would rather do without or even buy from Target and ******* before I buy from Amazon again. I wish I had done my research, and then I would have known what kind of company Amazon is. With the Better Business Bureau, Amazon has a Customer Review Rating ****/****** Average of ***** Customer Review. I have never wanted to see a company go out of business as bad as I do Amazon. Is all I can say is do your research and stay away from Amazon.

I bought 3 gift cards from Amazon (for another business) and was saving them for a rainy day. I could not find the e gift cards in all of my emails. It took an hour of chat & then phone call to tell me to call the gift card company. WHAT??!! They didnt issue the cards Amazon did. Long story short they told me there was nothing they could do. Im very upset I lost $$ to Amazon

Ive never had a problem with Amazon before but now I get the runaround. According to their tracking system my package was OUT FOR DELIVERY yesterday, all day, with delivery expected between 4:15 and 6pm, then it gets changed to by 9pm, then at 11:30 it claims delivery still expected tonight. The delivery location is an Amazon locker located at a 24 hour facility. After midnight their tracking service says due to inclement weather the delivery is delayed. Prior to being Out For Delivery the tracking system claimed the package was received in a suburb 45 miles away 3 days ago, then it was transferred to the city the Locker is located in 2 days ago, and finally was out for delivery yesterday3 days ago there was a very small snowstorm. The roads are dry and have been for at least a day since then. There is no transparency with Amazon. To claim inclement weather is the problem after the package is apparently on a delivery truck driving on dry roads with the only weather being a cold day in December, is despicable.I try to log a complaint with Amazon.. but their service is geared towards getting nothing done other than canceling the order or claiming something else wrong that has nothing to do with Amazon themselves. Then in order to chat with a **************** Representative ** given the **** & SWITCH that their App is needed. No problem I have it in the cloud and re-download it. I connect to someone, who while Im typing out my complaint starts asking are we connected? I start into my complaint about Amazon and after some stalling they connect to a supervisor. Amazingly I get disconnected right after the supervisor enters the chat. My package which was originally going to be delivered today, and after Amazon sending me emails claiming delivery would be a day early, now claim it will be delivered 2 days late and sorry for the delay.Im glad I cancelled Amazon Prime years ago when the price increased from $79.99 to $99. Its much higher now.

This corporation is a horrid stain on our society and what we've become. Amazon has become too big to fail and as a result things such as "quality" and "safety" are erroneous. I remember a time when Amazon had some semblance of decency. It is clear this sector of the business is going downhill fast.

I was scammed into purchasing an Xbox gift card for $70.00 through Amazon. I've been calling and calling promised they being Amazon would refund my money, then called again wanting to know were my refund is an getting told the opposite. I just want a refund that's it. But when I call customer service I'm speaking to someone halfway across the globe

I needed a cable to connect to a conference call the next morning, I purchased the cable on Amazon specifically because it had next morning delivery, adding two items I did not need to be above the $25 threshold for the 4am-8am delivery. Early the next morning the item hadn't shipped yet. Later, the order delivery time changed to between 5pm & 10pm, so I raced to ******* and purchased the item. Repeated attempts to cancel this order were denied, telling me I would either have to track the order and be out front when truck arrived to refuse delivery or waste my time to return item. The order was delivered at 7pm, I tried tracking, checking about every 5 minutes, but somehow after seeing 6 deliveries before mine, when I next checked back it showed delivered. I was not asking for anything outrageous, they failed to meet the promised delivery window, which is THE ONLY REASON I MADE THE PURCHASE, even adding two items for my dog in order to get order above $25, this shouldn't have been an issue. I've rarely had issues with Amazon prior to this, but I have cancelled my prime membership and deleted my Amazon account, and I am in the process of closing out my Amazon credit card account. I will NEVER use Amazon again.

The try before you buy program is a rip off. They can make claims that you returned items in used condition then charge you with no proof. They don't even send you the item you just paid for? What a scam!

I purchased an office chair on 12/24/22, but the chair was deemed "undeliverable" by **** as Amazon took it upon themselves to not deliver this oversized item, but to allot this out to **** who does not have the vehicle capacity to delivery such as item. I have now called them on three separate occasions and have been told I will not be receiving a refund back for my purchase of $249.00.
