1 starI am fairly new to amazon, Amazon fresh and prime I do not receive a package from Amazon and it went well and I was refunded. Then amazon fresh a couple of times a item or 2 were left out. Return was fine. Then amazon fresh a whole order and one time another time their system said unable to track. So now they send me a e mail stating they can close my account because of to many things wrong with delivery. Well then they refused to refund me. I live in ********** so there is a thing called A to Z. They ended up refunding me but after almost 2 weeks of me complaining and filing a appeal. **************** is horrible and seems like there is a mix up somewhere about shipping.Review fromGena B

1 starI am soooooo frustrated with Amazon. I have been a loyal Prime member customer for 15 years and was totally happy until Aug 2022. EVERY item I order sits on a shelf for 3-7 days AFTER I order it which then brings the shipping to 8+ days and I HAVE PRIME! I PAY FOR PRIME! THEY RAISED THE PRIME FEE but SLOWED THEIR SERVICE. When I call their customer service I get the same lie, "The item will be pulled when it is in stock." Ummmm sorry but if the item wasn't in stock then it would say "Currently unavailable" but it doesn't say that so yea, another lie. And this has happened on EVERY item I have ordered since Aug 2022. I ordered an item on Dec 2 and it said it will be delivered Dec 27th!? WHAT? I made 5 calls to Amazon and now I don't have any hair left. I finally called the seller who was only a state away. She said the item is in stock and she will contact Amazon but she didn't get anywhere as a seller. So she told me to cancel my order with Amazon and she would ship me one from her warehouse. I received it in 4 days. There really is ZERO reasons for Amazon to wait soooo many days to pull an item. ONCE YOU ORDER AN ITEM IT SHOULD BE PULLED THAT DAY OR THE NEXT!! NOT 3-5 DAYS LATER!! Amazon has NOT grasped this issue and probably never will. A few of my friends have already canceled their prime and went elsewhere because so many other sites are up. I am considering doing the same thing. It just isn't worth the frustration anymore.Amazon has NOT corrected this issue and it is allllll over the web with the same complaints but they don't care. Eventually when it hits their profits they will and that WILL happen with so many leaving Prime behind and moving on. Even ******* has way better shipping and the return policy is just take it back to the store.Seriously if you are thinking of getting prime then you need to read alllll the reviews but read the 1 star ones because those are REAL! 1 starAmazon is not meeting its contractual obligations regarding Prime. I have paid for prime membership for MANY years for the 2-day shipping primarily. Even though I can have prime products shipped within an hour of where I live (to a rural area) in 1-2 days, almost ALL prime products are coming to me in 1-2 WEEKS! There is NO OVERSIGHT in their practices and claims, which as 100% FRADULENT!!! They PURPOSELY hide all customer service contact details and their chat and phone services, when you can find them are outsourced to a foreign call center that just reads a script and provide NO real customer service or resolution. When asked for CORPORATE Amazon contact information, they just say "I am sorry I don't see that anywhere in my system" So, purposely hiding and REFUSING to provide corporate contact information. Come on, who is going to reign these criminals in and hold them accountable!!!!Review fromThomas N

1 starOn the 6th and 7th had delivery drivers trying to enter my home,looking around wildly,into my house making me feel uncomfortable,yesterday received delivery,that had been opened by hand and gone through,even playing prices found underneath items in bag,which could only happen by emptying,and then replacing it's contents back in bag.other deliveries have been partially opened,that I have received.this is case of peeping delivery driver.It is not there job to peep in my purchases.I have reported this,but have not received,any info on what will be done to,protect my privacy,in the future.It there promise of privacy,that has been violated.I rely on ******,for I am elder disabled with no car.and rely on deliveries,please help me,with getting privacy I am promised by AmazonReview fromCrystal L

1 starAmazon has the worse customer service ever. They are quick, uneducated and rude. They pass off every issue to some fake department that's suppose to email in 48 hrs. Out of all the issues they said this about only one time, 2 months ago, did I get said email, I responded with issue which was a refund and days later I received an email back saying issue was resolved from an email that won't let you respond to it. I never got Amazon credit nor money back to original payment for this item and its been 2 months. Since then I've had numerous issues and always get rude people who always pass it to this email only department and no one has emailed me on any other issues. I still haven't gotten any of my refunds, one guy canceled my refund and the chat ended up escalating to a call with supervisor who stated the agent canceled refund, and they got the product already, and there was nothing the supervisor could do ?? so now I am out money and product. I will be canceling my prime and reporting this further.Review fromAngela W

1 starWorst company ever!!! I ordered hairfinity booster vitamins, and a bead bracket kit, and it took almost a week then this particular day which was 1/16/2023 I followed the map and normally, when the map says I'm the next stop I run outside and driver put my package in my hands, this time I ran outside no driver, or nothing, instead I get a notification on my Amazon account showing a photo of my package on the wrong porch, and this not the first time, I spend 100 of dollars on Amazon a month, all the Amazon Agents, telling me I can not get a refund, or an replacement, because it's a lost item, it's not my fault they driver sent my package to the wrong address my address on my account is correct, then the lady hung up on me this is not my fault I should be able to get my refund my name is *****************************Review fromBobby P.

1 starWorst customer service I have ever experienced! I made a large order that was broken down into several shipments. I had one of the shipment that said it was three boxes. The third box was an Amazon box addressed to someone else besides my self. So I figure it is an easy mix up, I called customer service and they tell me it could be redelivered the next day and to call back if it isnt. The next day comes and no package, so I call back and have to re-explain the situation. the lady told me I would have to file a police report before they could help me! I was in the middle of explaining to her the place where the packages were delivered was under 24 hours video surveillance and nothing was stolen, low and behold she hung up me.So I call back and the person apologized and said she would connect me to a manager. So I have to explain to the manager what had happened, he then informed me once again I would have to get a police report filed before they could help me any further.Then there it was again, click!!! The manager hung up on me!!I proceeded trying to get help over four hours and got hung up on two more times and was repeatedly told I would have to file a police report. I was so frustrated I had to just drop it and my wife and I went out to get something to eat. Well when We got back home, there was a package had been delivered, this was after 9pm. I checked the video and it was Amazon that had brought it back. So I called Amazon corporate wanting to file a formal complaint with there customer service department. I called and was told I would have to call their customer service. I explained my complaint was on their **** and would like to let someone at corporate know what had happened, they said they had no one there who could help, I then explained I did not feel like I could buy anything else from them in confidence and if I could not speak to someone who could help me I would no longer be doing business with them. 1 starI ORDERED 2 ****S FROM 2 DIFFERENT SELLERS ON AMAZON. SATURDAY 01/14/2023 GOT A TEXT STATING MY "PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO A SAFE PLACE" AS OF THIS MOMENT RIGHT NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PACKAGE AFTER INQUIRING IN THE BUILIDING AND REVIEWING FOOTAGE FROM DELIVERIES ON SATURDAY. I CALL AMAZON FOR ASSISTANCE AND WAS TOLD THAT DUE TO THE **** BEING SOLD FROM ANOTHER SELLER(AMAZON IS THE SHIPPER) THERE IS NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE. NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT, SO I'M JUST OUT OF LUCK. I'VE SPOKEN WITH AND CHATTED WITH SEVERAL AMAZON EMPLOYEES WHO ALL STATE THE SAME THING. THE ISSUE IS THAT I'M BEING TOLD I CAN'T GET THE SELLERS WEBSITE OR CONTACT INFORMATION TO TRY TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE! IT ALL SOUND LIKE A VERY CREEPY SCAM THAT AMAZON IS RUNNING AND ALSO FROM THE ERIZTEYA US STORE WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH VIA ****** SEARCH. 1 starI have multiple items that were not delivered, possibly to the wrong address. I spoke with a supervisor advising, I work from home and have a dog that barks at anyone knocking. Nothing was delivered. After going back and forth with her saying I'm not eligible for a refund, she advised me to file a police report. She stated if I called back with the police report number they would process the refund. I called back with the police report number multiple times and was advised by the agents they could not reach the police department to verify the report. I called the police department with the agent on the line and she disconnected the call. I'm at a lost of $200 plus dollars because of Amazon's incompetence. I had another delivery that I requested a signature for, while I received the package, no one knocked to get my signature. I will no longer be placing orders with Amazon.Review fromKayla P

1 starAmazon is the worst company to do business with! I highly recommend not buying any of their products or services on their website, as you will regret it!!!! I recently bought items on their website, and upon returning them with the labels they provided for me, I was not able to get my monies refunded back!!!!! I have made many calls repeatedly to Amazon customer service representatives and spoke to them about issuing me the refunds for the packages I have sent back through **** and each one of them will not issue me the refunds. *** informed me that if a package is lost or not delivered to the sender, it is the responsibility of Amazon to file a claim on that package. Not the responsibility of *** to file a claim. Also, I have discovered that they will not refund an item until "30 days" after it has been returned. ******* refunds returns within 3-5 business days. People should not have to wait 30 days to get refunded on an item that they have returned, and people should not be held liable on losing monies on orders that they have returned and are lost through the mail. I will never order anything again from Amazon because you cannot trust getting a refund back from Amazon if necessary through their terrible customer service representatives!
