      So disappointed with Rad Power Bikes. We ordered our bikes on July 22 and received confirmation that they would ship in 1-2 days. It's August 4th and they haven't even left the warehouse. We were told that someone needed to be available to sign for the bikes, so I stayed home all week. The tracking information we were given was that "Labels had been created." When I called Fed Ex, they said they had not received our bikes. After numerous calls, yielding different answers from Rad, we were finally told by a customer service agent that all of the orders placed that day were sitting in a container that was waiting to be filled before it would ship. We have paid for them, and there they sit. Not a good business model to use Fed Ex as our racks were delivered within several days via **** We were told by several agents at Rad that it could take up to 14 business days to ship. NO WHERE on the site does it say that. I have never had an experience like this, and at this point we just want to deny delivery because we do not have any faith in future dealings with Rad Power Bikes. As there is no place on the Rad site to leave a review, I had to come to Better Business Bureau to see if there was anyone else who had experienced this and there were. I hope anyone looking to order any of these bikes is prepared for an ordeal that is avoidable. Bad business model, Rad. Not sure whose benefiting from it, but it's not the customer.

      Bike still under warranty. Display model failed. Unable to even ride bike. Contacted company by email many times over. Called direct line and relayed concerns. Staff said they would send me a email detailing next steps in next 5 minutes. No email to date. Called again directly, Waited on speaker phone for 1 hour long. Another staff member said they will order replacement for display and should arrive in **** days. 3 days later no direct response from RAD as to when I can expect display. Extremely disappointed with customer support and no accountability to their customer base.

      We recently order two RadPower 6 bikes that were shipped July 16th. Yesterday (August 1st), we noticed the price of the bikes were on sale even lower by $50 each. We couldn't locate any policy on line about price guarantees so we gave them a call. We were told there is a price guarantee for 14 days from the time of delivery which would guarantee our pricing through July 30th. So we were two days out of luck. We called two different times and asked for them to point out the policy online to us which they could not. We were planning to purchase accessories from them but it left such a sour taste in our mouths that we will buy them elsewhere. We suggest Rad Power to update their website for clearer policies for their customers. We were hoping because they couldn't provide us with one, that they could honor our request and we would have spent lots of money on a bike rack for a truck, helmets, bike racks for the bikes. Their loss. Also, there were some issues that my husband encountered assembling the bikes with no help from customer service so he was able to figure out a work around for it.

      I ordered 2 bikes that were supposed to ship 1 to 2 business days later. After several days of not hearing back I called the company, the rep apologized for the delay and stated it should ship soon. The next day I received an email from ***** stating the bikes will be delivered in 5 days by end of day, someone needed to be home to sign.On the day of the delivery I took off work to stay home. I viewed the ***** tracker and it would not update. I called Rad E Bikes for an update, the rep stated there was a scan delay and the bikes would not be delivered on the day promised. I asked the rep when it would be delivered and he stated it will take ***** **** days before they can give me a delivery date.I called ***** and spoke to a customer rep, he explained the ********************** will not be delivered because they never received the from Rad E Bikes. They have my money, I'd like a refund to purchase from another company but have to wait until they can verify that ***** has not delivered the bikes to me. What a joke of a customer service department.

      Ordered Saturday and got a week later. **************** was awesome. Not difficult to put together. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We love our RAD bikes!

      Last month my rear sprocket got bend on my rad power. Been in touch with their customer service but no reply when asking for spares of repairs. Don't buy a RAD as the main parts are apparently unreplaceable. Basically, they consider the whole bike as disposable. Should have gone for a real brand, which I probably will. I do not recommend them.

      I purchased my second bike from Rad back in November (a Rad Mini Step through). It was fine until a few weeks ago (bike has all of 40 miles on it BTW). The rear wheel began making a noise and I took it to my local bike shop (I've owned many bikes over the years). The mechanic said the problem was loose spokes. When I reached out Rad Bikes via their online customer service portal I received three replies from three different people. I've been told it's. 1) a know problem 2) that I need to purchase a Park Wheel tool ($80+/-) and repair myself or 3) send of video in of the wheel noise. But also that the wheel noise is not covered because I didn't pay a bike shop on their preferred list to assemble the bike. Even if I had used and paid a shop they wouldn't be responsible for this as the wheel came assembled. This a known problem and Rad ***** should warranty the wheel. Today I've called their 800# twice (and after an hour wait this morning I left my # and no-one has returned my call). I'm currently on hold again (this time just over an hour). ***************************** *********, **

Since adjusting spoke tension on a bike is part of regular maintenance and adjustments, unfortunately our warranty does not cover supplying new parts in this case. Tightening ************, however, is something your local bike shop should be able to help you with and get you riding again quickly. Please reach out if you have any further questions.

      I purchased my Radrover6plus from the ********* location in June 2022 right before father's day on the special price. Everyone at the store has gone out of their way to help me from the first phone call before the purchase to the recent tune-up visit. They have been very accommodating of my schedule and the distance that I travel to the store and were able to complete the tune-up while I attended a one hour class there on ebike maintenance. I have even spoken to the service manager on the phone and in person a few times and he goes out of his way to make me feel as if I am his only priority while speaking with me. I love my RR6+! Thank you to everyone at the ********* Radpower location!
