I AM ONLY GIVING ONE START BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO GIVE ONE....I RECEIVED MY **** AND IT WAS NOT WORKING. TROUBLESHOOTED PER THEIR INSTRUCTIONS.. NOT WORKING. THIS WAS WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ***** CALLED THE COMPANY, THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND NEW THROTTLE AND CABLES. RECEIVED THEM 2 WEEKS LATER. INSTALLED PER THEIR INSTRUCTIONS. **** STILL DID NOT WORK. CALLED THE COMPANY AND WANTED A REFUND. THEY GAVE ME A VERY DIFFICULT TIME AND STATED I WAS BEYOND MY 14 WEEK RETURN...WHAT??? I NEVER GOT TO USE THE ***** I HAVE BEEN CALLING SINCE 5 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING IT!! MORE TROUBLE SHOOTING--- NOW THEY SAY ITS THE CONTROLLER.....SO THEY ORDER THAT...WEEKS GO BY..NO CONTROLLER AND THEY SEND AN EMAIL THAT THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHEN IT WILL ARRIVE....I LIVE IN THE NORTHEAST AND CANT TAKE THE CHANCE THAT IT WILL ARRIVE WHEN THE SNOW FALLS...CALL AGAIN AND FIGHT FOR A RETURN. THEY FINALLY AGREE. **** IS PICKED UP BY ***** ON 9/20/22. GUESS WHAT, ON 9/28 THEY ARE TELLING ME THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH SHIPPING AND THE **** HAS NOT ARRIVED....STILL NO REFUND....Rad Power Bikes Inc.

Their customer service is AMAZING!!! I am so glad I didn't purchase my ebike with some other no name company.After reading some bad reviews here I feel like if they were talking about a different company. The couple of times I had to call Rad customer service, I was able to talk to a friendly agent and they were able to successfully resolve the issues without any hesitation.Rad, keep up the good work!!! ??Rad Power Bikes Inc.

The absolute worst ***************** I just want my money back! This Company has given me the run around on my BRAND NEW RAD ROVER 6 PLUS! I rode bike 1 time through a code 21. I called right away to see how this could be resolved they sent me part and to abide shop. I took the bike to.the shop and they said they ant fix it and even on a 3 way call told RAD that they could not fix it after they put the parts they sent for it in. Said they would call back never to this dY has anyone tried calling me back! I have spent hours trying to get ahold of them on the phone.. I have sent numerous emails only to be ignored! or given the run around. Bike still sitting at the bike shop with no response from RAD power bikes to fix the issue or to refund or replace the bike. 1 star**************** is terrible and the bike requires regular maintenance and repairs in the hundreds of dollars every few months. Had to buy a new LED display and despite the website clearly stating that it would be shipped within 2 business days, there's been no movement. In fact, they'll mark the item as shipped within the 2 days to fulfill this promise, but never actually get your package to ****** It's been a week and ***** still hasn't received my package for shipping. **************** will tell you that despite all the information on the website under the products and under support that states items ship WITHIN 2 business days, actually, their policy is 5-7 business days (which the customer service **** ******************************** did not actually provide any information to back this claim). To anyone looking to get this bike, look elsewhere unless you're happy to have a bike that continually breaks down and that will require, at minimum, two weeks to receive replacement parts.Review fromRedmond P

I bought 2 bikes which are less than 2 months old and have about 10 miles ***** On the bike. The one battery died and cant be charged. I called a week ago, was asked to send pictures which I did and was told a new battery would arrive in 5-7 days which I consider to be a long time since bike is new and under warranty AND they admitted having issues with the batteries. After a week, I get an email that they need another picture and without it, they cant replace the defective one. Getting a great shot of the charge port is very difficult because there is a rubber cover that doesnt allow great access. I was told no battery replacement until they get a picture they like. I even offered to ship defective one back in an effort to get sooner. No luck. Absolutely horrible customer service. By the way, you have to wait on hold about an hour before you can get help and a supervisor cant return your call for 5 DAYS! Is anyone kidding?Rad Power Bikes Inc.

They have the worst customer service. My bike arrived needing repair and the customer service line is a black hole. I spent three phone calls of 45 mins waiting to speak to a person unsuccessfully. I wound up on an email chain where they refused to offer live contact and suggested I take the brand new bike to a shop for repair. I wanted to just return it, but that is not an option after you throw out the box and put 10 miles on the bike taking it to the bike shop (using the throttle because the gears wouldnt engage!!!They only care about the sale; once you own the bike good luck to you!Rad Power Bikes Inc.

Total exasperation with Rad ebike. purchased a Plus 5 Step thru on Mar 8/22. Received May 12. Assembled next day and on first use notes the throttle was malfunctioning. After braking, the throttle would come back in use. Started emailing Rad on June 14. Various service representative gave me suggestions as to throttle fixes.None were permanent. On June 19th, throttle and Pedal assist were totally unserviceable. Rad requested I shoot and video to eliminate the possible brake shutdown and to identify the likely defective controller. I was told it was on back order on June 27. After my next inquiryon July 2 , I received an email stating it was available and should be processed and shipped and I would get tracking details. After 2 weeks of waiting, I requested a refund. I was instr ucted to email photos f all bike and accessories to be forwarded to the refund team. I sent this Aug1. I was inform the Returns team would reply in 5 days . hearing nothing,by Aug11 ,I followed with a phone call. Yes, my photos had be received and forward to Returns. I paid $2477 on Mar7 , used the bike about 20 times over 35 days with numerous throttle failures. The company has been sloppy with its customer service d the has directly lied about the product reliability and parts availability. A BIG D minus from me.**************Rad Power Bikes Inc.

2 starsPurchased a new Rad Runner 2 bike from them a few weeks ago. Before purchasing I'd asked about a special they have and applying it to a later accessory as they were basically out of all accessories I wanted at the time and you had to purchase a bike to use the discount. I got a response pretty quickly and was told that wouldn't be an issue, to reference the ticket when the parts came back in stock. They are still out of stock so I can't speak to if they will hold to that or not.Once ordered the bike was received it within a weeks time. The bike had a rather large scratch on the back of it about 3" long. The box was not damaged at all and it seemed very likely the bike was just boxed/shipped this way. I contacted support and 2 weeks later had still not gotten a response after updating a ticket a few times. I then called and waited ~30min to talk to someone. In speaking with them they blamed the issue on shipping from overseas and that they didn't inspect the items themselves. They suggested I pickup some rust-oleaum to address the issue. They stated they were refunding $25 to address a rather large and visible scratch on a brand new bike and then the line with support disconnected. I'm not sure if that will or won't go through, but this does not feel like a reasonable way to address the issue.I'm pretty disappointed with having a brand new bike, and already having a pretty obvious defect on it. I'll put some rust-oleaum over it, and hopefully the passenger seats will eventually come back into stock and this should cover it so it isn't so obvious. They certainly have time for sales, but after that I wouldn't expect much from the company.
