      Like hundreds of others on this site, we have been waiting for more than a month for Brown Paper Tickets to send ** what they owe us. Our concert, Garden of Memory, was on June 21st in *******, and Brown Paper Tickets promised direct deposit of $2875.00 to our nonprofit, New Music ********, within ten days after our event. Since those ten days passed, we have written them dozens of e-mails requesting that they send the funds, which are needed to pay our musicians (who are severely impacted by this delay). Brown Paper Tickets sends an automated message, but nothing more. This is unconscionable. We have used Brown Paper Tickets in the past without any problem, but since the pandemic, one of our musicians warned ** against using BPT-- she said they owed thousands of dollars to a ******** music group and didn't respond to requests, and still have not paid the funds that rightfully belong to the music group. This is apparently a widespread problem. We demand that Brown Paper Tickets pay us the full $2875 owed to us immediately.

      ***************************** has successfully worked with Brown Paper Tickets for many years. While we experienced delays in 2021, we have never experienced delays as long as we have in 2022. We hosted an event on June 4, 2022 ("Foraging for Edible Plants with *******************") with expected funds of $1,125.00, an event on June 18, 2022 ("*******************") with expected funds of $2,200.00 and an event on July 16, 2022 ("Macrame Wall Hangings with *******************") with expected funds of $560.00. Brown Paper Tickets states on their website they will issue funds for ticket sales either via check or direct deposit into an account approximately 10 days after an event. We have not received funds for any of these events. I have sent an email to the company seeking any additional information about the timing of the funds but only received an automated response.

      We have used Brown Paper Tickets for our NonProfit event, ********* Fest, for multiple years. Account initially created by *****************, ************************** and managed by the Mars New Year Festival NonProfit 501c3.Pre-Sale and Day-Of Tickets were sold through Brown Paper Tickets.       I have been using Brown Paper Tickets for a few years without issue. However, I just had an event on July 9th where we sold $8,770 in tickets. BPT claims to take 10 business days to payout for events, however it's been ***************************************************************** even an update on what's going on. They have not responded to my emails and I have over 30 cast and crew members who are desperately seeking their payouts.

      Our 501c3 charity held an event that was ticketed through Brown Paper Tickets. The event took place on July 6, 2022 and Brown Paper Tickets is in arrears to pay us over $24,000 in collected ticket sales. They have no contact telephone number anymore at this time and have not responded to my last support ticket request for information on the payment.

      My former highschool classmates and I planned our 20 year highschool reunion and sold tickets for the event through brownpapertickets.com. The process to collect the funds is to enter in banking information so that the funds would be deposited into said account. You are supposed to receive the deposit within 10 business days of the end of our event which the end of our event was June 22nd. We needed the funds by July 15th when we had to pay the event venue the night of the actual event. It is now June 26th which is approximately 24 business days after we closed sales.       We hosted an event on July 1st of 2022 using Brown Paper Tickets for all of our presale tickets. Today is July 26th and we have yet to receive any sort of payment. The site claims to handle payouts within **** days, it has been 25 days since the event has ended and we have yet to receive payout.I had to pay my staff out of my own pocket, pulling money out of my savings account, because BPT can't keep their word and pay us out in a reasonable amount of time.After talking to other friends who are bookers, they also have not been receiving payouts from their events that they hosted with BPT.Whenever I call, I get an automated response saying to email them. Whenever I email them I'm told that they're experiencing delays and to keep waiting, that I'll get my money eventually. It's been double the time they've told me to wait.I just want my money from the event I hosted.

      on 10/24/2020 the non-profit organization I am president of (DS Pigskins) hosted an in person Gala with Brown Paper Tickets providing the ticket sales. Ticket sales were finalized at $2625.00. Brown Paper Tickets used Covid-19 as an excuse to not pay any of the money to our organization and not almost 2 years later, there has been zero communication provided by BPT as to a resolution. Next step will be to get the ***** ************************ involved.

      We had an event (**************** ********************* Banquet) where to get sales were done through this company. Its been a month and we still havent received our money. All the bills have to be paid through my credit card. They still owe us over $3,000 in ticket sales monies.

      In March of 2020, I purchased two tickets for a ******************** SPICE Robo Rat Rally ***************** fundraiser through Brown Paper Tickets. My confirmation number is 43064975******.My case number for the refund is #******.The event was cancelled due to the ***** pandemic. On March 13, 2020, I requested a refund and received an automated response.As of July 22, 2022, I have still not received a refund. Tickets were $25 each plus a service fee for a total of $54.48.Brown Paper Tickets has no customer service phone number. Repeated emails to them have only received automated responses.I did not file my complaint within one year because I have been repeatedly trying to contact Brown Paper Tickets.
