      I used Brown Paper tickets in the past and enjoyed using them quite a bit. I used them again for an event in June 2022. The event closed nearly a month ago. We have not received the payout yet, and Ive emailed them multiple times requesting informationno response. I owe people money. But I cant pay them or even give them a reasonable expectation of when we will be paid out. Its a shame, because I really liked this company. But this has been truly unprofessional and amateur.

      DO NOT USE Brown paper tickets, LLC as a ticket sales platform. They are scamming people!We used the Brown Paper Tickets platform for on-line ticketing of our dance performance held on June 05, 2022. Our ticket sales totaled $5,722 through their platform. However, we have NOT received any payment from Brown Paper Tickets to date. We have made multiple efforts to contact them by phone and by email, but we are unable to reach them. We receive an automated response to our email enquiries, which says: "One of our expert staff members will be in touch as soon as possible." Besides the above automated response, no one has been in touch with us to date, and there has been no follow-up or information provided on the status of our payment. Since it has been almost three months since our event, we decided to check Better Business Bureau and we are horrified to see the number of complaints.

      I used Brown Paper Tickets for an event in July. The night was a big success. They said it could take up to 10 days to process payment. It's now been over one month and not only have we not been paid, they haven't even responded one time in regards to my inquiries on when we might receive payment. This is so very frustrating.       I represent another non for-profit organization that is due money from early 2020. We operate on a zero balance budget and not receiving the $2,000+ was a huge hit to our operations.It absolutely appalls me that this company is continuing to do business given the amount owed to "burned" customers.

      We held an event on May 14th ***** to raise funds for scholarships for students studying Enology and Viticulture at schools in the Pacific Northwest. As od 8/5 we have not recieved the money from Brown Paper Ticket for the tickets they sold for us to this event. Several attempts to contact them have not beeb=n responded to and school is ready to start and we would like the money they owe us so we can proceed issuing scholarships.***************************** Treasurer
