I got in touch with boundless because they offer services to illegal immigrants to obtain their work ****s marriage green cards etc. When I spoke to them they informed me that you have to have a **** in order to obtain their services. But these are the service that they are offering to help illegal immigrants obtain to be able to stay and work in the ** leading up to their US citizenship being granted. They are stealing money from these people who come to ******* for a better life but don't have the knowledge or the internet savvy to obtain these documents themselves from the ****************** so my complaint is that they are charging astronomical amounts for services that these people can do on their own if they were knowledgeable. And a company should not advertise on their website that they are there to help in the process of staying in an America if you are an illegal immigrant I feel they are praying on these people. And all of this come about because I was calling because I want to assist in my new son-in-law obtain a marriage-based green card because he married my daughter and they have a child and I don't want anything to happen but I **** sure don't want somebody taking money from them that they can't afford. I guess what I'm asking is accountability for this company.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: it is not clearly stated on your website that in order to receive your services their family members have to already be legal in the ************* it doesn't say that anywhere. Therefore leading up to the misunderstanding that I could come to you to help my son-in-law obtain his work **** and getting his married green card. And you're right I'm not a customer I was trying to be cuz I figured you could help I figured that was your job as what it says you do was to help illegal immigrants attain their paperwork

On July 13, 2024. I agreed to a payment plan through splitit partnered with boundless for a total of $1500. In return I would receive services in helping me immigrate my fianc to *****************. I paid into the payment plan $343.32, then me and her split up. We had submitted no paperwork, completed no forms and signed nothing. I canceled the card, but forgot to close the account I received no update for three months about payment and thought it had closed automatically. I recently received an email from them asking for the remaining payment of $1166.68. In which I informed them. I could no longer complete the application process or submit any paperwork because My fianc and I were no longer together. They did respond saying I could keep the account open for a year if my plans change, I respectfully declined and requested a billing Adjustment for which I was willing to pay the three months of payment plans I had missed. They explained that refunds are only offered after 14 days of initial purchase, However I wasnt asking for a refund I was asking for a billing adjustment ************ said a billing collection department will reach out in 3-5 days which never occurred. And I am still being emailed being requested to pay this bill. I need help in resolving this issue of adjustment in which Im willing to pay the three months of services I missed since date of cancellation my card in August. However, I cannot in good faith pay a bill for services rendered that I had never completed nor submitted. They do have a 100% customer satisfaction policy or money back guarantee and I do say I am extremely unsatisfied. Please help me resolve this issue, God Bless and have a wonderful day.Business Response

Hi Blaze.
Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns.
To clarify the situation and the actions weve taken:
1. Your payment plan was initiated on July 13, 2024, for services intended to support your fianc's immigration process. We understand that your personal circumstances have since changed, and we sincerely empathize with the challenges this has presented.
2. Regarding your request for a billing adjustment, we have confirmed that the total amount already paid$333.32 (equivalent to two months payments)cannot be refunded as services were available to you during this time, and we understand that you are not requesting a refund. That said, no further charges will be pursued, and your account is now fully resolved.
Our goal is always to provide a satisfactory resolution, and while we may not have been able to meet all your requests, we hope this resolution provides clarity and closure.Sincerely,
Boundless Immigration Team

I entered the payment plan for this company to file a K-1 **** for my fianc and me. They have done absolutely no work and have caused me more problems than helping. I told them I did not want to proceed with their services. It was more a hindrance than helping. I would send them forms and they would delete them and tell me I need to resend them. The company does not have any idea what they are doing and their customer service team is atrocious. I sent him an email explaining all of this to them. This morning I received an email saying they would issue me a refund and then I just received an email now telling me they will not refund my money. They have done absolutely nothing for me. They just take money and do not do any services. They are a fraud business.Business Response

Hi Mr. ********************* you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We sincerely apologize for any frustration this situation has caused, and we appreciate the opportunity to address the matter.
After reviewing your account, we found that your refund request falls outside the 14-day refund guarantee period outlined in our Terms of Service. Regarding the email you received about a refund, we previously sent a message explaining the breakdown of the charges, but it appears it may not have been seen. To clarify, the email you received was sent when Boundless cancels any future payments scheduled on your card. While this might look like a refund, it actually reflects the cancellation of upcoming charges. Specifically, we have canceled the remaining 9 months of payments, ensuring no further charges will be made. To date, we have only collected payments for the first three months of your installment plan.
We understand that this situation has been frustrating, and we truly regret any miscommunication. If you have any additional questions or if there's anything else we can assist with, please dont hesitate to reach out. We're here to help and resolve any remaining concerns.Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:
The company policy is satisfaction guaranteed 100%. The email I received said theres 14 days to cancel the policy, However, I received no services or no paperwork was filed, therefore it was just a payment plan once canceling the payment plan because their service just gives you the runaround and I am not paying for nothing. I informed them I was not happy with their service. Having a 14 day cancellation policy for not doing any work is extremely bad business. They are a scam. They will take your money delete your information on the computer, Tell you to send more. 14 day cancellation policy after they start doing work in which case they have not. They have not started working therefore, the 14 day policy has not started.

We regret to learn that we have not met your service expectations. You purchased the service on July 5 and submitted your account for review on July 9, 2024. Feedback was provided on July 12, 2024, well within the established review timeframe. However, we did not receive your response until August 13, 2024. Since then, we have engaged in multiple rounds of correspondence with the document reviewer to address your case.
We have initiated a refund of $571.50, which represents the total amount you paid for the service. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your original method of payment. The $1,552.50 you referenced pertains to the remaining balance of your canceled installment plan.Customer Answer

They told me that I could roll the ***** fees into a monthly payment including their fees, and I could make 4 payments and they would submit documents to the ***** while we continued paying to speed up the process. The website said 8 payments, so I asked the sales rep several times "Are you sure its only 4 payments" and she is on record as being recorded, confirming only 4 payments were necessary. When I called the company out for a different lie, a lady named ******** said that she wanted to make it clear that it is 8 payments. So not only did they lie, they tried playing it off and covering it up as if it never happened. They listened to the recording, gave false, misleading information, and did not honor it but instead tried covering it up.Business Response

On April 25th I was contacted by ****** ********* who represents boundless immigration in an effort to get me sign up for their services . Dempcy confirmed in multiple occasions that I must sign for their payment plan while they will send my application to USCIS as I continued to make payments . I obliged and signed for their service and they debited my account , I proceed with filling all of their required documents and paperwork . Once the payment work was complete , boundless refused to ship out my document until I pay a whole some of their fees . This was not disclosed by dempcy at any point of our consultation . I was coerced , Mislead into paying double for a service that I am not being provided . Now they are holding my application hostage until I make 6 payments . This was never disclosed , currently they have my card on file and wont proceed with my application .they will not issue a refund either for the initial payment rendered .Business Response

I filed my husbands I-485 application with boundless in June 2023. We received a notice that my husbands I-485 was denied due to his medical exam missing vaccinations on January 23rd. I reached out to Boundless customer service asking for assistance on the matter on Feb 20th. I wanted to know if I could simply refile the same paper work that I did with boundless or did I need to update the paperwork. The customer service rep kept saying that I needed to speak to a lawyer. Wouldnt let me speak to a lawyer, said I needed to wait for their feedback. Next day (Feb 21st) I called to check in on my inquiry, was once again told I needed to speak to a lawyer and wait for their feedback. They resent me a download of the original paper work so I can print it out, but never answered my question if I needed to send updated documents with the new file. I reached out again on Thursday Feb 22nd, and was told that it takes 2-3 days to receive the phone call from a lawyer. I contacted boundless again to receive an update on the phone call from the lawyer and was told I needed to make an appointment. At this point I became frustrated because I was told that I would be contacted within 2-3 days. Its now going on 6 business days and I still have no phone call from a lawyer so that I can get my husbands paperwork refilled so that he can be in legal status. I asked the rep on the phone to schedule the phone call with the lawyer and shes telling me that I cant speak to a lawyer until March 7th. I dont have that kind of time. This has been going on for far too long as is. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that none of them were available. ******* was supposed to be giving me a call back, par for the course, she didnt! I called again, after I didnt get a call back from her, and have now been told that ****** will be giving me a call back. STILL have not received a call back. I want my money back so that I can hire a lawyer to help me and my husband with his case.Business Response

Boundless Immigration offers payment plans for their services. I have successfully paid their fee and told them I needed to have the immigration fees included in my payment. I was told lets get you started and we will see what the government fees would be. I asked 2 times about it and they said they would make sure it gets added. Never did. Now all our paperwork has been completed and ready to file, but their neglect and mismanagement of our case means we cant. A year and almost half later. They have mismanaged our PII as well. They basically have told me, ***, that yes the agent made a mistake but we cant help you. Boundless Immigration is willingly and deceitfully playing bait and switch and has ruined our lives!!!Typical bait and switch.Business Response

Hi *****, I'm really sorry you had a poor experience. We reviewed your feedback in detail and tried to see what we could adjust. Unfortunately, our system does not have the capability to allow for a payment plan later in the process, so the only option is a one-time payment in full via our post-payment cart. My wife and I were sold very deceptively a payment plan that would guide us through the I130 immigration process. Boundless Immigration was helpful to sell us but after the sale was made there was no contact made with us to start the process. We filled out and submitted the application and had to contact the company ourselves rather than being assigned a immigration expert and even than we were repeatedly put on hold for long periods. They told us they would contact us after four business days to review our application but they never did. We wrote wanting a refund and this they only responded when I told them I would dispute the charges with the bank and file a report with the BBB. Eventually they called apologetic but still set a date in the future when a manage would call us. It appears this company is a Boiler Room Operation.Business Response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me because Boundless Immigration promptly refunded my money. It should be noted however in order to initiate a refund I had to contact the BBB, issue a complaint with my bank and review Boundless Immigration very poorly on their own website. It should also be noted that I requested a refund due to making payment and then no services that were promised were rendered and no communications were kept up on their end. I appreciate the prompt refund and the apology but wish Boundless Immigration would be more forthcoming about the nature of their business tactics. We felt that we were doing business with a reputable company and unfortunately came to the harsh realization that we had been sold in by a boiler room type operation.
