4 starsBoundless was always ready to answer questions and did so in a professional and friendly manner. They also eliminated the guess work from the application process. I would definitely recommend Boundless.Review fromJessi P

Working with Boundless has been terrible. They offer cookie-cutter forms and template responses. If you are in any sort of unusual circumstance, they are unable to answer questions about the nuances (e.g that as a ******** *** **** holder, you don't ever get a physical ****).??The salesperson we spoke to before committing provided misleading information: said we'd be able "speak with a lawyer" as soon as we had completed the initial questionnaire. Not so: you can only respond to questions the lawyer asks, and only via the messenger function in the app, and only at the final stage. No "speaking" or questions of your own permitted. Moreover, Boundless takes no responsibility whatsoever for the accuracy of the legal advice. We were given outright false advice at one point (which, had we not caught ourselves, would have put me out of compliance with my current status.) Heres what they wrote: I want to make clear that our service works with Independent Immigration Attorneys. We are not a law firm and we are not here to dispense legal advice. If you heard something from an attorney that ended up being incorrect, that's not something we can intervene in nor judge the accuracy of. I'm happy to take note of the incident for our purposes and raise that with the larger attorney team, but I want to dispel the notion that our company is somehow capable of assessing whether the legal advice dispensed by an independent attorney is correct or that we are culpable in some way if it is not.??We are now in the final "legal review" step and the lawyer is not reading our responses carefully, leading to multiple emails to clarify basic things (like the legality of our obviously legal name change).Boundless seems cheaper than legal fees, but at this point, they've so violated our trust that we're going to end up hiring our own lawyer anyways. What an absolute waste. Buyer beware.Boundless Immigration, Inc.

5 starsWe were walked through what we needed to turn in for my spouse's permanent residence application. This took a little over a month due to work and finding what we needed. Boundless Immigration checked over everything and made sure we were perfect and then they sent everything in for us to government. We got work permit in 2 months, the permanent residence green card came 2 months later. It was fast and efficient. Awesome company.Review fromChris C

???????We needed more then a year to complete ours. But they said they would cancel our account because of this time constraint in their contract. We paid in full, and they refused to issue any kind of a refund. Stating its limited to a month or less after purchase.During the time we were uploading documents I did not find them helpful. And when talking with them by email or phone call, I would get someone new. And its like they would not remember anything we previously discussed.Just awful. I do not recommend them at all. Boundless? More like heartless. ??Boundless Immigration, Inc.

Hi *****! Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that you did not have a great experience.Wed like to reiterate that we have explained the refund policy before any action was taken and that our refund window was displayed prominently during payment and in our terms of conditions --which are posted on our website. Sorry but your recent request for a refund falls outside of our agreement timeframe, mainly since the work started on your application occurred several months ago. Although we extended our standard contract expiration date to allow your situation time to change, we know this is not your desired solution. If we can support you in the future, we are ready to help.Review fromRay M

Filled out the documents for a ************ This was a Sunday. Had two questions that I needed answers to. For days, my account manager did not reply. My emails were practically begging for someone to answer. After about 4 days (On a Thursday)I finally called them. (I should have done that sooner). After telling them I had questions, the lady assured me that someone would be calling me between 4:30-5:00 pm. (This was around 4:15) She even called a few minutes later and left a voice mail verifying all of this. 6 pm rolls around and still no call. I gave up and took a shower. Guess who calls me at 6:15? I called back 2 minutes later and he was already out of the office. (Uh huh). So noon the next day (Friday) I finally talked to someone over the phone. The 2 questions took less than 5 minutes to answer. Was informed my account manager was on sick leave for 3 days prior. (Wed-Fri). That still didn't answer why I wasn't contacted on Mon/Tues or why no one took over for her while she was sick. 5 days behind to start out. I had recently came back from ********* to see the beneficiary (my gf). While sending them my documents, every single person who proofread my documents asked for my passport stamp proving I was in *********. Unbeknownst to them, ********* does not stamp passports. I even included a letter in my documents saying so. You would think that a company that deals with Visas would know this. Even the attorney asked for it. 3 more days behind. When they sent the package, they never said it needed a signature. *** didn't say it either when I tracked it. One more day behind. When I finally got it, it was my understanding that I would simply sign the papers, then send it off to USCIS. I now find out that I needed to include a passport pic of BOTH OF US. As much as I chatted with them, you would think ONE person would mention that. 2 more days behind.Approving a K-2 is a 12 month process. Any unnecessary delays makes this all the more frustrating. Do better.Boundless Immigration, Inc.

Hi ***! We are sorry that you did not have a great experience with us. We acknowledge that immigration is a time-sensitive concern and we're glad your questions have been answered, albeit late. We apologize that our team has assumed that you'd know what to do about signing the documents much like you have also assumed we'd know about the facts regarding your passport. The key concern here is clear communication on both sides, and your feedback greatly helps improve the process. We have reviewed what could have been done differently, particularly at the start of your case. We already made changes that will support future customers. We thank you for the ability to review your concerns and we hope to regain your trust in the future.Review fromScott F

I paid over $3,000 for my wife to get a Green card and work authorization. When I received the application and mailed it out, we got a rejection noticed from the ****** I contacted Boundless and told them we got a rejection notice, and their lawyer stated it was a USCIS error. I did not believe it, so I took the application and documents I submitted to Boundless to a lawyer to check it. The Immigration lawyer told me Boundless made mistakes on the application and the lawyer did not review the application entirely to correct these errors. I asked for a refund and all they did was not process the remaining two payments left to pay of $580 each payment and credit $600 back to my credit card. I tell everyone not to use Boundless. They blamed USCIS for an error they made, when they never made an error in the first place. It was Boundless fault for not having the lawyer check the entire application and documents. As I said before, do not use Boundless, get an immigration lawyer, or you will loose out on more $3,000.Boundless Immigration, Inc.

Hey there, ***********
We appreciate your patience and understand there might be some confusion, so let's simplify things. According to our team, when we asked specifically about the errors you think we committed, he said that you were not able to identify them.
The rejection letter you showed us also noted that you submitted a G-**** Authorization for Credit Card Transaction along with your application --an action that you carried out on your own without consultation from the Boundless team. This may have caused the rejection from *****.
Additionally, when you enrolled in our payment plan, it is understood that you agree to pay for the ***** fees along with the Boundless service fees. Our policy states that we send a check for the full ***** fees with your application. However, we can only ship your application once all Boundless service fees are collected.
Per our terms of service, Boundless fees (excluding ***** fees) are non-refundable after service completion, as outlined in our agreement. While we're willing to assist with the application rejection, it doesn't qualify for a refund as per our policy.
We have furnished you a check for $1,760 addressed to the US government, and so far you have paid $600 to us. We have agreed to refund the $600, cancel the check, and stop the two remaining payments intended to cover the checks funds.
We understand that you have decided to consult another lawyer. However, please note that we aren't bound by their assessments if they conflict with the guidance from your Independent Immigration Attorney, as agreed upon in our terms.
Ultimately, we are sorry you had challenges, and we regret to learn about your poor experience. We do apologize for any lapses in communication and we will assess how to better improve the process in the future. Thank you again for your feedback. We are here to discuss any details at your convenience.Review fromANTHONY B

Hi ****, We see how difficult this situation is and are sorry you had a poor experience. We note your contract started in 2022, and our refund window was displayed prominently during payment and in our terms of conditions, which are posted on our website. Your recent request for a refund falls outside of our agreement timeframe, mainly since the work started on your application occurred almost one year ago. Although we extended our standard contract expiration date to allow your situation time to change, we know this is not your desired solution. 5 starsI found them very organised and efficient to work with. Their support line replied quickly on email. An actual lawyer only looks at the file at the end when everything is submitted but the process is very simply to follow throughout. I would recommend for a green card application. Cant imagine doing the application without a third party like this.
