    Its been a week and there is a "back end error" that doesnt allow my phone to be repaired. Now they cant cancel the ticket to send me a replacement. I get the same "it will be resolved in 24 hours" but no resolution is ever made.

    I have engaged with Servify for numerous claims in the past, encompassing both in-store repairs and dispatches of the device for service. Regrettably, my latest interaction has been exceedingly disappointing. I dispatched my S23 Ultra for repairs on January 14th, with a notified return date of February 7th, culminating in a wait of three and a half weeks. Complicating the issue further, my device was erroneously sent to ********* warranty department rather than the ******************** Despite having fulfilled my deductible obligations, I was informed that my phone would not undergo repairs. Upon contacting customer service for clarification, I encountered a lack of clarity and was subsequently informed that the mishap was attributed to my own actions, with instructions that the device must be sent exclusively via *** using a provided prepaid shipping label. Despite the lapse in communication for an extended period, a sudden decision was made to repair and return my device coincidentally on the very day I had planned to trade it in for an S24 Ultra.Observing the seamless customer experience of Apple users, I find myself contemplating a switch, despite my reluctance to transition to an iPhone. It is fundamentally unacceptable for an insurance claim to extend beyond three weeks, especially after investing over $1000 in the phone and securing insurance coverage. It is imperative that ******* holds the responsible entity accountable for this service lapse and ensures the reimbursement of my deductible.

    Claims process took over 2 months and 6 attempts. There are no service centers in my area and Servify refused to send me a shipping label for a mail-in claim. They kept charging me, but then claimed there was a "technical glitch" in the system so they would cancel after **** days. Finally someone said U P S did not operate in my area, which is verifiably false. I use them several times a month. Still, refused to send me a shipping label or allow me to mail in my device using my own label. I ended up having to make 2 appointments for walk-in repair in 2 different states while I was traveling. Both times I arrived for my appointment only to be told parts were not available. Servify would not tell me which locations had parts--I had to call all of them myself (nobody had parts). I finally ended up overnighting my phone to a family member thousands of miles away and had them bring it to a service center that had the parts. All of this was at my expense.

    Several shops near me but none had the required display, but online service was streamlined and effective, only downside is that it took about three weeks total. Superb care, phone was returned almost like new.
