I had to work with Servify (US), Inc. for the replacement of my broken ******* phone. Through *******'s portal, I was directed to Servify, and from start to finish, the process was simple and entirely online. Each step was clearly explained, they verified my coverage status, offered a replacement, and guided me through the entire process until the case was closed.A few days later, I received my replacement device, along with clear instructions on how to return the defective one, including a prepaid shipping label. I also called their customer service and was pleasantly surprised by the lack of wait time, they answered all my questions thoroughly.The return process was smooth, with a tracking number and regular updates at every stage until the device was received, inspected, and the case was officially closed.I have no complaints, in fact, I was especially pleased that my replacement device appeared to be brand new rather than refurbished, which was a nice bonus!
