Very quick and easy. I submitted my claim for my ******* phone using ******* Care+ through Servify. They had accepted the damage claim and shipped out my replacement phone within a couple hours. I also had questions I had asked over email, they quickly responded and answered all my questions. Very happy with the service.Servify (US), Inc.

Very easy to file a claim and got answers immediately, paid a small ****************** really has got this down alot better than the old service. On the old service the Manager would get on the phone and argue about a claim, and one time I didn't even make a claim due to that reason. I just bought a new phone and didn't put extra warranty on it. So thank you ******* for getting this to where you don't have to feel guilty for filling a claim. ******* customer for at least 20 years, still finding old phones s7 and other. Again Thanks.Servify (US), Inc.
