    Daughter was sent to ER with RSV and ended up with a $3500 bill. Goodbill got it down SIGNIFICANTLY and was happy to pay their 10% cut of the savings. I can't believe our medical system can charge us ignorantly like this--it's a crime. Thanks to Goodbill for keeping our family's finances afloat.

    Legitimate service that helps you navigate ****** complex hospital billing procedures.I had to go to the Emergency Room for a deep cut on my fingers and they charged some crazy number for 15 minute usage of a hospital bed. It was ridiculous. Goodbill's service helped me get some $s reduced from my bill - the hospital offered a discount after Goodbill submitted a case disputing the charges. It wasn't significant but given this was my first experience with emergency room billing, I learned something about the procedures.Don't think twice before using the service. You have nothing to lose!
