    My bill was zeroed out! I had a $1766 emergency room balance that was causing me much stress. I was not working at the time so I applied for the hospital financial assistance but was denied. I found out about ************************** through *************. This was the best referral I could ever have. GoodBill was able to negotiate my medical bill down from $1766 to $0. They used every legal means necessary. Thank you GoodBill for everything. I told a relative about the work you do and they are expecting similar results. Fantastic work!! Kudos to ***** ******* my case manager, *** and everyone else who worked tirelessly. Great job!

    I first discovered Goodbill while searching for a company that helps patients negotiate their hospital bills back in 2023. I reached out to them when my insurance didnt cover my ER bill, and Goodbill did an excellent job assisting me.Unfortunately, I was later hospitalized and had to undergo an unexpected surgery, again with the same insurance, which didnt cover the surgery costs. It was a stressful situation for me, so I turned to Goodbill once more. ***** and *** stepped in and helped negotiate my surgery bill. The company truly advocates for you, handling everything from obtaining an itemized bill to guiding me through different financial assistance *********** many know, surgery costs without insurance coverage can be overwhelming, but thanks to Goodbill, my entire bill was covered, and I am now debt-free. During this process, I also lost access to my school email after it was deactivated upon graduation. Goodbill went above and beyond, helping me smoothly migrate everything to a new email. Though there were times when I struggled to communicate effectively, ***** and *** were patient and professional, always responding promptly. I wholeheartedly recommend Goodbill to anyone needing help with hospital bills heir support made the entire process completely stress-free!

    I had to visit the emergency room because my son broke his arm. It was my first time at a hospital in the *************. I had already read about how the patient should monitor charges, learned about CPT codes, and did all my homework. When I received the bill, I called the hospital and told them I wouldnt pay because, according to my calculations, it wasnt correct. With what the insurance company had already paid, the service should have been settled. The only option they offered me was to pay in installments.Negotiating anything else was impossible. Thats when I contacted GOODBILL. They essentially did the same thing I had done but in a more formal manner, and in the end, 100% of the bill was dismissed$2,500. Its incredible, but you should never rush to pay, always review and dispute charges. And for cases where things dont go as expected, GOODBILL is a great help. Thank you!

    Goodbill is amazing! My emergency room bill was almost $2200 (after insurance) and they somehow got the hospital to lower it to $0! I still can't believe it, especially since the most we hoped for was to cut it by approximately 40%. ***** went above and beyond and did something that I never could have done on my own. I gave them the information that they needed and they took it from there. They had the bill put on hold throughout the entire process, so I didn't need to worry that it would go to collections. The hospital sat on the information and said that they were reviewing it for 7 months, but Goodbill contacted them every two weeks or so and always emailed me to let me know their response. It was so worth the wait. It is so wonderful to feel that the medical system didn't get the best of me one more time. I will forever sing the praises of this company and will definitely use them again if and when I need to. Thank you Goodbill!

    *** at Goodbill Inc. was incredible! This service is amazing. Everyone needs Goodwill on their side. I can't believe what the hospital tried to bill me. It is outrageous. Families in our country go bankrupt over medical bills. Elderly people have to choose between utilities and medications. Goodbill will save the day!!!****

    I happened to find Goodbill on a ****** search. I received an ER bill of over ***** dollars and thought what do I have to lose? I have insurance and still received a bill for that much. Considering I have a $100 copay and I have never paid more than that for an ER visit, this was absurd. I tried negotiating with the hospital directly for two months but they just gave me the run around. Then I turned to Goodbill who reduced my bill by 800. Goodbill is a Godsendd. In my case, they did what they said they would do. They charge only 20% of what they save you. They know how to navigate confusing medical billing.

    I had a great experience with Goodbill Inc. Other than their advertised services, it was well worth the money (saved several hundred dollars) just for the support through dealing with the red tape of medical debt. The amount of stress that was alleviated having professional advocates on your side would be hard to quantify, but needless to say I'm a big fan of the work they do and will continue to use the service and recommend it going forward.

    I am really impressed with the bill reduction, the various arguments made to persuade the ****** to agree to settlement, the speed of the process, and the professionalism of the employees. I have used this service for large bills three times now and will continue to do so in the future.

    Quick and efficient process from start to finish. Goodbill was able to negotiate on my behalf two hospital visits that saved me $550. I didnt qualify for financial aid per the state poverty level, however, both bills were significant in cost. Im very satisfied with this company. Transparent, efficient, and professional. I would certainly recommend them to my friends and family.
