  I am still waiting for the galaxy map that I ordered in August. They did respond to a message that I sent after several attempts and promised that I would receive my product by the end of October, but it's now November 10, and I do not have it. I have asked for a refund.

  Designed by memories is the worst ** I have ever dealt with/ never revived my order and when I ask for my refund only told they are sending legal action/ is this a joke or just a terrible ** to deal with/ stay away

  Atrocious customer service. I placed two orders for two different paintings, one with a frame for 179$ and one without for 99$. I received one order with the wrong painting mounted on wood no frame. The other order was never delivered. When I complained to their customer service manager, *************************************, she refused to correct the two orders and unloaded a barrage of rude and threatening emails. Im out 99$ for the second order and I have a mounted painting with the wrong picture that I did not order. I am reporting them to the interstate commerce commission and to the consumer fraud protection bureau.

  We have evidence that the customer is putting out false information. We even provided the customer with screenshots (which we can also provide the BBB) that they uploaded the incorrect photo themselves. They first ordered a frame canvas and did not upload a photo, so our team reached out to them but never heard back. The customer then placed another order for a regular canvas print, but successfully uploaded a photo this time. The customer then received the canvas print and told our customer support that we made the wrong photo. We provided the customer with screenshots of their order to show them that it is the exact photo they uploaded. They then went on to threaten us and said they would report us to the Attorney General and that they will post negative reviews regarding this. They even replied the actual order confirmation email which also had evidence within them that showed that they did not upload a photo to their first order and that they specifically uploaded the wrong photo themselves to the second. The customer refused to accept any of this as evidence and has *********** on to constantly harass our company.

  They corrected the problem and was very helpful in assisting my problems and actually contacted me letting me know they had corrected the issues
