    I used to use Remitly every month to send my mom money and she used to receive it in her bank in couple minutes. On June 20th, 2024, I sent her money again but this time she never received it even though Remitly shows transaction is completed. I reached out to their customer service several times about this issue. I was asked to reach out to my mom's bank and provide the transaction ID and when I did, her bank told me there is no transaction with provided transaction ID's. Their customer service agents keep opening up cases and ask me to wait 24 hour for their calls but I never received any calls from the so far. I would like to get refunded.

    I would strongly recommend no one use this service. Remitly took the money I was transferring and did not complete the transfer, even after I quickly responded to their repeated requests for more information. I believe they have not set up proper arrangements with the banks at the receiving end. I requested the funds be returned to my account and they said it would take up to 10 business days. Having worked in the banking system and specifically in international transfers, I know it does not take 10 days to resolve these issues and send the money back. A well organized company should be able to do it in less than one day.

    I used Remitly App to Send money From *** To ***** the money was never Delivered. I have called **************** more than 3 times they keep telling me I will receive my money Back within 24 to 48 hours its been 5 Days now and The money has never been Delivered nor have I received my refund Back. I just called again now they went from 24 to 48 hrs to 5 to 10 business Days for me to have the transaction canceled to I can get my money Back. If you are reading this as the Manager pls have my money returned. Am so disappointed with this App. Other apps if the money is not delivered the money is instantly returned to your account so why is ********************** taking *********************************************** to have my money back Days later after multiple attempts to call ***************** .pls I need to have my Money Back

    I was using remitly for transferring money to ***** from ** and ******. They takes one or two days extra compared to other vendors but usually deposits on the promised date. With that experience I used it to transfer money from ****** to ** but they proved that they cannot do a transfer to **. They have some partner in US called *** and through which they ties it. They took 14 days to say that they are failure on transferring money to US and cant send it. Then after all these they need another 2 weeks for returning the money. Use other vendors if possible.

    IF I CAN GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!I SUGGEST ANYONE USES WESTERN UNION OR ANY OTHER SOURCE INSTEAD OF REMITLY THEY TOOK MY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT AND DID NOT EVEN SEND IT TO THE RECIPIENTS **** AT ALL....5 DAYS LATER AND I SPOKE TO THE **** IN THE OTHER COUNTRY TO CONFIRM WHAT WAS GOING ON AND THEY SAID REMITLY AND THEIR THIRD PARTYY THEY USE, STAYED WITH THE MONEY . IT WAS NEVER FORWARDED IT TO THE **** . THEY OFFER NO COMPENSATION ....ONLY TO SEND OUT AN EMAIL... WHICH IS USELESS THE ABSOLUTE WORST EVER!!!! DO NOT USE REMITLY AT ALL

    The app allowed fishing asking for my information and when I reported it they gave me the run around to speak to someone. They stated that they did not see the email in their system but it was from their company. I aged on the phone for 30 mins and was asked what the issue was about before being transferred to the security department. I think that the email sent from an inside employee looking to get users information. After waiting they never transferred me but stated that they were able to locate the email. I asked to be transferred to a higher employee or supervisor and waited again. Do not use this business.

    I have had several fraud emails come through saying someone is trying to transfer my funds to them. I dont have an account with them, and someone is trying to use my debit card to send themselves money. Their customer service was useless, and its sad to see that a company would allow people to access other peoples funds without verifying the correct information. If it wasnt for me closing my card I wouldnt be able to have stopped other transactions from going through. This company is a bunch of scam artists.

    I try to use this REMITLY service sending money to ****** , transfer was cancelled but this EEMITLY still charge me foul service including the money that never was deposited in a ************* how they charge for a service that was cancelled instantly, and put my money on hold for 10 daysNo way to do it , transaction was cancelled, and still charging me for something that was cancelled..?In order to get my money back I have to wait 10 days why?Whenever never provide me with any service this a sacamm and I dont recommend your services.
