  The ********* ******* that charges higher rates for instant delivery is fraud. You realize after making the payment and transfer that Remitly takes upto 2 days to process the transfer that they claimed to be "instant"

  I tried to send money on February 13,**** the money is supposed to be sent within minutes, it kept saying that it would send by **** the same day which was several hours later. I called today February 14, **** and I was told they were updating their system.,This is not ok this money was for an emergency and it needed to be sent yesterday when it was supposed to be. The company could have contacted me to let me know that the system was being updated instead of lying about it. I am now being told it will take 48 hours for a refund. It should not take 48 hours to refund my money. I am extremely ****** off I needed that money to get to my friend yesterday. Never again will I use this unreliable service.

  Remitly is unreliable, cannot, and will not take responsibility for their counterpart's failure to deliver your money on-time, as their business promised. Once Remitly's system shows the transfer was successful, they no longer want to have something to do, or take responsibility if their business partner on the other end cannot deliver on time. You'd be better off using **************

  Run from this scam company. They will not only ****** delay your transfer but they won't give you answers to accessing your money. Run..... Run..... Run. Zero star rating not available but that's their deserved rating.

  I made an order and subsequently canceled my order to send a payment. I spoke to 2 Agents who assured me my order was canceled. The next day i was charged 400. Remitly did not respect their cancelation and said they would NOT refund my money. So i told them i was assured by 2 of their agents to cancel my order and if they did not respect the cancelation i would dispute it through my bank. The last Agent told me to do what i want. So i disputed with my bank. And through my banks investigation they concluded I was owed a refund. Remitly then decided to cancel my account without further notice or explanation and only said because of my bad behavior. To which i asked what i did wrong. They said i disputes with my bank and could no longer discuss the case with me and proceeded to end the call. And suspended my account even though i have had a good payment history for 4 years. They are punishing me for their mistakes. I was treated so grossly like a criminal. Horrible company.

  Worst money transferring company. Everytime I try to send money it gets delayed. They keep lying about the system being updated. I wont be using them anymore. They also refuse to issue a refund after you send the money. Save yourself a headache and dont use them.

  The worse service. Getting false confirmations that money delivered to the recipient. Spending a lot of time to investigate where is my money. Do not use this. That company is running some type of scam don't waste your time.

  I send ******* days ago and the person was supposed to received the money instantly I paid for express delivery and the receiver never received the money. I called instantly they told me wait until next day and they issued me a refund for the transfer fee. The next day the money was still processing. I asked for a refund I was told I can't get a refund until their partner send them the money back my claim was being escalated to move the process faster. I chatted with them and everytime is a different story. Now the receiver went to the bank and ask what is going on? he was told that the money should be in his moncash by 2. We are on day 3 and the receiver didn't receive anything. I called I was told that I will get an email within 24 hours to see if my refund is being processed, and sometimes It will take 10 days before I can get money back because they have to wait on their partner to send the money back. That company is running some type of scam don't waste your time.
