      worst experience ever wrongfully gave me a ticket for being in the lot over two hours when I was only there for half an hour, the parking attendant did not even identify himself as a worker of diamond parking he had no uniform, no name tag, not even a marked vehicle just an old ***** with an N sign on it, he continued to harass me and take photos of me in my vehicle and yell at me that I was here longer than 2 hours, he did not give me a ticket and I received a notice of overdue fees when I never even got a ticket from the attendant himsefl. I tried to dispute this by submitting an appeal online, and my appeal was denied even though I had advised them that their attendant was harassing me. When I called in the supervisor was beyond rude to me and said that it was not their responsibility to point me in the right direction of who to submit my complaint to and that it's my duty to find out which manager I need to speak to regarding this complaint. After I continued to question their process the supervisor hung up on me. The photos they have as proof of their dispute are of four other cars, in which I am sitting in my car on the very side of the photo with the car on as I was about to leave.I am genuinely concerned about misuse of my information as they somehow were able to get my name and address solely from my plate number to send me a past due notice, I will be reporting this to the **** BC as this is a major privacy concern!

      I've got scammed by them. They left a ticket saying that you left the premises without any kind of proof. I tried to call them. They kept yelling at me an specifically mentioned that they were not going to allow me to talk.They bully ppl and abuse them.

      This company is unethical and dishonest. They have pictures showing a ticket on my windshield under the wiper but I didn't see it when I went to my car. Noted, I backed into my car so there is no way I missed that ticket. And when I contacted their customer **********************, the attitude is so arrogant and don't listen to your reasoning at all. I also searched online and found that more than 9 years ago people reported the same cases many times, and I don't know why BBB don't ban this company as they made 0 progress in making changes. I never felt like a " dear valued customer" when dealing with **********************'s customer ********************** representative.

      Only 1 star so I can leave a review. I received a parking ticket while getting blood work on my 8 year old. The parking ticket was for "non display of permit" I was parked in a spot that didn't require a permit. After sending evidence of that, and pointing out their photos of the "infraction" proved that it wasn't a permit spot. They still declined to remove the fine. They are now attempting to send me to collections over it. A false fine and my credit may be ruined.

      Dishonest business. I ran into a nearby restaurant to pick up a takeout order and went home. Over a month later I received a part due notice in the mail for a parking violation on Feb. 17, 2023. I am not denying that I didnt park there but saw no notice that I couldnt. They have a picture of my car with a parking notice under my wiper blade but there was no such notice on my car when I came out. I would have seen it bars on the photo they had, it was on the drivers side.I believe that it was put there long enough to take the picture and removed so that they can get more money out of people. This company has no integrity

      I received a ticket despite having paid for overnight parking half an hour before the ticket was issued. To dispute, I have to create a (single) *** that includes my bank/credit card transaction statement + a screenshot of the app that shows that I paid for parking.In this modern age, I do not understand how I can be issued a ticket after electronically paying for parking and seeing the confirmation.I wasted at least half an hour of my time filling out their dispute form and getting the *** together.

      I received a parking ticket from them. A ticket that I should not have gotten, as I was doing business on the property, and was parked for less than 2 hours. I appealed the ticket and was denied. It seems that they issue tickets just to keep their quotas up. They don't care if you obey the rules or not.

      I parked in one of their lots yesterday evening. I used the parkwhiz sign on their lot and paid almost for parking until 6am. I returned to my car a few hours later and found they'd given me a ticket.i have an email receipt that shows I paid. this is *not* the first time this has occurred to me in the past few months. If it's happening to me, it's happening to others. they own the lots near my work and are often the only choice I have to park. I'm the main caregiver to an elderly parent and don't have time to invest in fighting the tickets.they have a history of doing this in the past and are back at it. I hope that someone opens a class action suit to end these practices, which amount to theft, for good.
