      I parked and paid per the ** code app. I have the screen print of the "parking pass" and the credit card charge. I still got a ticket. I will be calling the City of ****** to determine who controls Diamonds local business license. With all these BB complaints and ridiculous 5-day appeal constraint, their business model is clearly predatory.

      They are running a scam. They issued a ticket two minutes after my parking ran out. Didn't even gave me a chance to renew it. And when I called to dispute, there answer was as a courtesy we have reduced your ticket to $30. Have the worst customer ********************** agents who don't even have the decency to empathize with people who paid for parking, but didn't even get the chance to renew them.

      Hi ******,Thanks for reaching out. I hope this message finds you well. I have personally emailed you as well with my ticket and receipt.I attempted to dispute the ticket because, as shown on the details, I received the violation only two minutes after my parking expired. Unfortunately, I didnt have the opportunity to extend my parking in time. When I reached out to your customer ********************** team to explain the situation, I was informed that the fine could be reduced to $30 because I had allegedly called 30 minutes after the ticket was issued. However, this information is not accurate. I attempted to call right away but couldnt get through to anyone, and doing further research I found out that your office does not open until 8 AM PST (9 AM MST, my local time), which made it impossible for me to reach anyone sooner.The experience with the customer ********************** team was also quite frustrating, as I felt there was little understanding or empathy for my situation. Given that I was just minutes late, I believe it would have been reasonable to allow me an opportunity to explain myself or pay a fine equivalent to the amount of extending my ticket which I came out do, when I found the ticket.I sincerely hope you can understand my position and assist me in resolving this matter fairly. I appreciate your time and consideration, and I look forward to your response.Kind regards ******

      I will be pursuing fraud charges through the proper legal channels. You scammed the wrong person.I am a paying customer. However, in this occasion, it was impossible to pay. There were zero physical pay stations at the location (parking garage at 550 ******), and the few present signs indicated that payment must be made through ParkWhiz. The signs gave two ** codes and the web address for ParkWhiz (*************************). Neither of the ** codes worked. The website given was broken. I am familiar with building websites such as these, and I can tell that this payment site is completely non-functional. Similar to a scam website. I have two exhibits for evidence.I filed a dispute and it was denied. The reason given was that I should have paid as soon as my tires made contact with their parking ****** previously stated, I will go scorched earth (legally) on your "business." The United Nations will need to make a binding resolution to stop me. VPD, ****, and why not throw Consumer Protection BC in the first round, too.Cheers.

      I was charged a $86 ticket for parking in a spot that was for overhead vehicles. There was very unclear signage to identify the parking spot was for overhead vehicles, the person ticketing me as I was sitting in my car about to leave. I attempted to discuss this issue with the person ticketing me, and he said I need to call the company. I called the company over five times and could not get through. I emailed the company and they requested me to submit a form for a dispute. The form wasn't working for me and I had no way of getting help with this issue. Awful company looking to make money off of people with parking tickets.

      Monthly ****** here - It should be 0 stars! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. PARK ON THE STREET AND PAY THE CITY. THIS IS A ******* not park here. I have proof via email of their attempt to blackmail me. They offered to void my notices if I paid more for a different lot after they forcibly moved my permit due to construction. Complete scam. I paid them monthly. When confronted, they told me that I didnt have standing and that the fine print allows them to operate in this way. Complete scam. TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN THE RULES CHANGE!!

      Thank you for your review, unfortunately parking lots do close for construction which is out of our control, and we may have limited space within the area you wish to park. Permits are issued based on availability in the area and this can limit the times of availability for parking on a *********** some cases, we may provide a 24-7 permit or a limited permit for daytime or nighttime parking only due to the location of the parking lot.

      This is a scam business. They have lots set up all over ******* with QR codes that scan to payment windows which indicate the lot is open and free between certain hours & then ticket you. When you reach out to customer ********************** they explain how this is their business model & the lots are closed during non 6-10 pm hours. Basically its a trap to get you to park there so they can ticket you.

      Thank you for your post. Some locations are reserved during the day for a specific business and then are paid locations once that business closes for the day and on weekends.
      The signage on the location will tell you the paid parking hours and days.

      Absolutely false. Checked to be sure again, but the signage absolutely does not explain or cover any of that. Its a legal statement insulating diamond from liability & explaining to pay for parking. When you scan the ** additionally there is no info or option to pay, it merely says these are unpaid hours. Its a predatory scam to trick people into thinking theres free parking but making the paid window only a few hours in the evening. This lot is a scam. It appears like a paid lot and when you try to pay, theres no signage or notice that you cannot park during non paid hours. Wild youd lie on BBB but not surprising considering the kind of business you run. Why get 6 dollars from ******* when you can trick them into a 70 dollar ticket.

      Weve been sent a ticket where we never parked. We looked up the address on line and it is a ********** parking lot. We were not in ******* that day. I dont know where they got our information and license plate from. Now they are sending us threatening emails. I will not pay but I dont know what to do. I dont trust this company.

      This company is predatory and anti-consumer. They have misleading and purposely difficult systems to enable ticketing and hoping people pay the fine. Often the fine is not even appropriate. In my case I parked, was entering the payment into the online system, while I was still in the parking lot I got a ticket (within 1 min, so you know they are watching/having automated tracker). While still on the property, they must have place a ticket on windshield and then a minute later while trying to process payment it was denied as they proceed the fine (so payment couldnt be made.Their process to file a complaint against a ticket is just denied even with proper evidence - see all these complaints and 1-star rating. I already know the response I will get I am sorry to hear about your frustrations and experience with us but we need more info to look into this matter its all smoke and mirrors - i feel bad for the owners and managers an owner or manager of this business I would be so embarrassed to have a 1.05 star rating, and to have to audacity to respond with

      A poor accountability and service to the public. My despute sine 10jun **************** your court and you have taken the collection agent route clearly shows arm twisting approach. I have paid the forced dues with penalty to you and not the collecting Wiggings Adustments.I have paid today as a show of intent to resolve from my end despite your one sided push and shove ********** will be nice if you care and respect your customer base to respond to my dispute submitted. Ref#******** and *******#*******. I have sent email to both you and ******* today.An unhappy customer who had faith in your **********************'s as a *********** email is in line in your system, and hope you will review and provide response.       Hello,

      The notice was originally at $83.15 on June 3/2024, it was disputed on June 10th/2024 and a response was sent back regarding the dispute on June 16th/2024 (please check your junk/spam folder). In the dispute decision email, they advised that the notice was being reduced to $50.00 if paid within 24 hrs. The notice was not paid and went back up to its original amount. Again,this amount went unpaid. We then sent out 2 reminder letters, once on July 10th/2024 and then again on July 29th/2024. Both letters were not responded to and at 75 days from the date it was issued, the payment notice was sent to ******* Adjustments. Once it went to collections, the notice was paid. If there are further questions, please contact me directly at ***********************************************************************. I will be happy to provide the communication information.

      I regard this company's fines as excessive and the parking spaces they enforce......poorly signed. I filed an appeal with them and was denied. $83.15 because I accidently parked Sept 27 in a restaurant's (***** on ********************) parking spot versus the next door ********* spots 20 feet away is outrageous. There were no signs at all on each stall; just one sign hidden on the fence adjacent to the back-alley. The City of ******* would have charged HALF that amount for a similar offense. The average customer rating of ONE star in 166 Reviews speaks for itself!!
