- 10 ************* is pathetic. Received a ticket parking at ******* for parking 1 hour 15 minutes well within the allotted 2 hours for patrons. Disputed the ticket via their online portal well within the 10 day period. Had proof of receipt at ******* and they waited the 10 days to say the dispute was not accepted and jacked up the ticket from $80 to $120. No answers from phone calls, customer ********************** is non-existent. ******** excuse for a company. They should be out of business.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

Yesterday Sept 12th , I got a letter in the mail from diamond parking company, stating that I have fine to pay for ****** $, for parking in facility operated by you on August 7th @9.10 am, at *********** Connector , First there was no notice left on the windshield , whatsoever, second we parked @ ICBC parking area, which is free parking area , Why would you not leave notice and wait for more than One month to triple it, then send letter You just want people to pay you extra money by taking notice away to get extra money , that is not professional .Diamond Parking Services, LLC

Diamond Parking Services needs to be held accountable. They give consumers a false sense that they can actually dispute tickets but in fact it's impossible and they just waste your time. I got TWO tickets for a brand new condo I just moved into where literally the parkade isn't even finished being built (I hear the drilling 7 floors up from the parkade still!). People have been parking anywhere and everywhere while moving in. The parking signs and barricades are changing by the day practically! So I asked for the tickets to be waived given the situation and since I am a resident of this building and not a visitor and had only parked in what apparently is paid parking for visitors only so that I could transport my luggage. I tried to dispute this by calling and then was given an email, but when I emailed they just told me to dispute it through the website which is what I already did. Now they are ignoring me. They will just send you in loops and ignore you until you pay but I will not. There needs to be some responsibility to actually provide a fair process and some basic level of service and decency!Diamond Parking Services, LLC

According to my ****** timeline, I only parked for a total of 12 minutes total from 5:26 pm to 5:38 pm to run into the nearby store and make a purchase ******** 5:26 pm I parked. I completed my $16.93 purchase at 5:35 pm (according to my receipt) and came out to see that after I was only parked in the spot for 1 minute and by 5:27 pm I had been already issued a parking ticket due to "no advance payment". This behavior seems predatory and seems to be some sort of profit extortion scam as I did not see anywhere it clearly stated I had to pay to park there, and I did not enter an obvious gated lot. And clearly since the issuer was able to issue me the parking ticket within a minute of me parking in that lot, the same issuer could have just as easily and fairly informed me that I was supposed to pay to park there or simply had asked me to move my car if I didn't pay, because in under a minute of parking I couldn't have gotten that far from my car.I would like the extortion fee fully waived as it the first ticket of this sort that I have ever had in my life. I will just avoid shopping in town completely in the future due to this unfortunate experience. Even though there seemed to be plenty of open parking spaces, parking tickets are apparently issued by this company immediately within a single minute of parking instead of bothering to inform nearby partons that they are in a paid parking lot. As a standard practice in most places, after 5 pm you can park without issues as long as it's not a labeled reserved spot. Also as another standard practice there should be free parking offered anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours under any circumstance when you are shopping at a nearby store.This company has 1.05/5 stars though many unhappy patrons stated that they wish they could give your company zero stars - I feel the same, so I feel your rating is actually lower in reality and isn't even a BBB accredited business.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

I parked 8/21/24 at 4:pm in the Centennial parking structure and tried to leave at 6:15. I paid my exit fee and the light on the gate arm turned green but did not open. I then pressed the intercom button at the kiosk and attempted to have a conversation with the attendant *****, although the speaker is broken and I could only hear about every other word(***** was nice) While trying to gain access to my freedom a line of 9 cars had built up behind me and people were NOT happy ! ***** said someone could arrive to let us all out by 7:pm, a 40 min wait! Completely unacceptable, this is NOT the first time I have been stuck in the structure and Im sure it wont be my last.. ************, this circus of a parking system reflects poorly on the city. My sincerest apologies for the issue you had at the ***************** on Tuesday, 8/20. That
evening, at 5:52 pm a motorist tried to avoid payment at the garage and manually lifted the
gate arm. In doing so, they damaged an internal component of the gate motor, causing it to stop
functioning. The citys parking team was made aware of the situation at 6:38pm, and had
a member of the team dispatched within 5 minutes. Our team member investigated the issue,
and removed the gate arm to ensure that vehicles could exit properly. We will address the
situation with our call center to ensure proper information is relayed moving forward.

1 starI got a wrong ticket from them as the parking lot stated it was only for ******* customers and I was in *******! I didn't pay that ticket because I was following the parking lot rules and regulations, I was just in ******* for a while which is not against their rules. Now they're sending me interest on the ticket and sending it to the agency although I rejected it and disputed the ticket.Review fromThomas M

DO NOT PARK HERE - OR AT ANY OTHER LOCATION WITH A DIAMOND PARKING LOT SIGN. We paid the fee (of which we have proof both from PayPal and our financial institution), yet were written a ticket anyway. Tried to contest it and came up against nothing but brick walls and ended up having to pay the ticket or incur more fines. Do yourself and find parking anywhere other than where there's a Diamond Parking sign.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

I was dining at a restaurant in ******************** and parked nearby. When I finished, I got an $85 "parking ticket". The parking place has no clear sign of restrictions, and I did not exceed the maximum 2-hour parking time. This company is a total scam.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

I was 2 minutes late and they ticketed me for $56.50. I appealed, they lowered to $21. I had been using and paying faithfully for over a year for a class I was taking in the ********** area and this was my first time ticketed. I would have thought they would waive on a first offense or at least have me pay for the normal one hour fee of $7.
