Terrible -I disputed and supplied proof of where I parked and shopped in the ************* i was accused of going towards hospital & I never even went that way. They denied my dispute. I will go to court before I pay for something I didn't do. You can't get a response from managers by phone or email. Calling the main line they say they don't do complaints. They won't provide proof of their accusation but I can provide a lot of what I stated I did and where I parked and what the sign says. I did nothing wrong.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

I received a ticket for not paying for parking in a condo hotel parking lot that I had been staying in for a month. I had a parking pass that wouldnt stay on my rearview mirror so it was sitting on top of the dashboard easy to see. I got a ticket my last day there for not paying for parking. I tried to fight the ticket, but I was denied because I didnt properly hang my parking pass. Not sure what I was supposed to do as it didnt fit on my rearview mirror. We parked in a parking lot in ******** on *************************. There is a place on 124 Street that my 90 year old father had to go to personally to get some business done. There was no parking on the street. I didn't want my 90 year old father to walk to far so I parked in the parking lot near the business we had to go to. We spent a while at this business and when we got back we found an $87 ticket on our windshield. I phoned this company to complain about the ticket and told them that I would not pay it. They said that if I did not pay that's fine, but my car would be towed if it was ever parked in any of their lots again. Is this legal? I ended up paying the ticket because I need it to take my 90 year old father to his appointments. I don't like being threatened like this. I was told that there are signs at this parking lot to warn people about the parking. This is complete nonsense. If there are signs, they are not clearly visible. I'm afraid of parking in any parking lot now because I don't know which lot belongs to Diamond Parking and which one does not. I need to be able to park so that my 90 year old father can get to his appointments.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

I reecntly paid for a spot - online transaction only by scanning a QR code, in a garage with no wireless or cellular signal. Input the wrong license plate by accident, from memory, once we were at street level, as we were late to an appointment. I appealled, clearly showed the receipt of the ticket I paid, and was denied days later. I will absolutely be appealing this against any credit agency this gets reported to, and refuse to be fleeced by these scummy 'parking enforcement' companies. Customers would do well to avoid anything to do with these guys. They'll come after even if you pay.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

Diamond Parking unfairly issued me a ticket (Reference #********) on 05/19/2024 at 11:52 am while I was shopping for groceries at *******. Despite abiding by all regulations, remaining within the premises, and spending less than 30 minutes inside the supermarket, I received the citation. Despite my efforts to dispute the ticket and provide evidence of my presence inside the store, Diamond Parking has refused to cancel the ticket.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

Thank you for your email. Our goal with any customer, is to provide the reason the notice was issued, find a resolution and to prevent it from happening again in the future. All parking rules have been created by the property owners. Diamond Parking has been hired to enforce these parking rules as posted on the property due to the unauthorized use on the facility. One of the rules posted is that you are not permitted to leave the property without your vehicle, or you can be ticketed and/or towed. You can park for free while conducting business on the property. Once you leave the lot you are in violation. Specifically in your case, you were witnessed by our patroller leaving the lot which put you in violation, and the patroller is contracted to immediately issue a notice. I do see the receipt and taken into consideration, this being the only ticket on this plate, I have reduced the voided the notice as a one tome courtesy.

There was an event going on when I parked there and the service was so slow since it was busy. I had to walk to another block or slow in order to have it load and complete my payment. It was finally paid and completed but since it was 13 minutes late they wrote me a parking ticket. I try to dispute it by emailing and calling them but they said there is no grace ****** so they cannot dismiss the ticket. It is very unfair and definitely this business is scam. They are just trying to make any amount of money from customers as much as they can. They do not have any understanding and their parking is nasty and smelly. If they are doing business like this at lease keep your parking in good condition. I will never park there again and or use this business.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

I received this notice while parking in one of their parking lots. Myself and about 30 other cars all attempted to use your QR codes posted on site and the pay machine. None of which was working for anyone. I emailed them and informed them their equipment wasn't working and went on my way. Every single vehicle had an $83.15 ticket on their window. It's ironic that they had time to ticket every single vehicle yet couldn't maintain their machines to ensure customers could pay,Diamond Parking Services, LLC

Despite parking in a blue lined handicapped spot at the Kona Farmers Market and hanging the legitimate handicapped placard on the rear view mirror, Diamond issued a ticket. When I appealed this, I was advised that they dont honor handicapped placards WITHOUT PAYING the usual parking fee. However, this is not noted on the Handicapped Parking sign in front of the parking spot. Nor is it mentioned when I googled whether Hawaii honored a California placard - it supposedly does. I was at the doctor and ended up having an anaphylactic reaction which is life threatening. I got a parking ticket for not renewing in time. I submitted an appeal with a letter from the physician advising of the occurrence and that I did not renew my parking time because of the situation. My life was more important at that moment. I got a reduction in fees with the following: "Although we appreciate a payment for the stall was initially made, prior to the expiration of this original payment, the driver would either need to add additional time or remove the vehicle from the facility. There is no grace ****** and in addition pay-by-phone is available as a convenient way for customers to add time for their stalls without having to go to the meter. However, this notice has been reduced as a one-time courtesy to $40. Please make the payment before May 21, 2024.Thank you for the one-time courtesy of reducing the fine. Next time I'll be sure to use the convenient way to add time instead of trying to keep my airway open to breathe and continue to live.Diamond Parking Services, LLC
