      Whitepages, **** is infringing upon my right to privacy. Whitepages, **** is not allowing me to remove/supress my personal information from their website. There was never any consent requested to allow them to publicly post my private information on their website. If they say that their sources were public information, then that I want proof, sources, and options to be removed.I am a victim of gun violence and this absolutely presents a risk to my safety. Whitepages, ****'s policies need to be reviewed/scrutinized by privacy rights groups, et al.They make it extremely hard to contact anyone at their company to get anything done.I feel violated by this company.

      Regarding complaint #********, this is not at all resolved. Nothing has been done. A mistake has been made and this complaint should not have been closed. I feel totally let down by the Better Business Bureau. I provided new information, and all of a sudden the Better Business Bureau closed the case?! I am totally shocked and confused by this. Please see complaint #********, which is NOT resolved. I don't know how to communicate that to you. Absolutely nothing was done! Please help me! Here is the complaint: Whitepages, **** is infringing upon my right to privacy. Whitepages, **** is not allowing me to remove/supress my personal information from their website.       Hello,

      Attached herewith is a screenshot with three listings from Whitepages. Two of them are information related to me (where it says the age is in the 50s), and one is my father's.  My father has passed away (I can provide a death certificate if necessary), and I would like his information removed as well.  If I have to file another complaint or handle his listing in another way, please let me know that, and how.

      Regarding all three of the listings, I cannot imagine where Whitepages is getting their information from as the information is quite jumbled.  Regardless, I want these listings removed from Whitepages and any affiliates, etc.  I would also like to know what is going to be done to prevent this information from being made available again.

      I contacted ***** ********* on September 18, 2022 to ask them to remove me from their website for privacy reasons. ON their site they say it will take a few days. I have contacted them numerous times via email (September 26, 27, 30th) since the number you call does not take calls or voice messages. Apparently they only service paying members. No response even though the email says they will respond in 24 hours (it's been 18 days) with no response.I am at my **** ends on this. I contacted MANY other online companies like ***** Pages and they all took down my information immediately.Thank you for any help in this matter.
