      I am trying to remove my information off of this website numerous times, recently time being yesterday, which they have deliberately made it difficult to do. I tried using their opting out website, followed the directions (gave them the link, sent them a phone number to provide a four digit code to confirm this request, said it numerous times and kept saying 'error'. When trying to refresh and follow the instructions again, the website said "this has been requested too many times, call customer service" there is no customer service phone number....and on top of that why is "requesting to delete information" an issue? I've tried emailing them yesterday that I am currently being stalked down through their website, 24 hours has passed and still no response. I am suspecting this is deliberate and they do not care about my privacy.

      Hi, I found my information on the site Whitepages. They have personal information about me and they are using and displaying it publicly. From their privacy policy, I requested the removal of my profile and all associated information from their database by emailing them and trying the opt-out link, but I am having no success so far. I want BBB to assist me in the removal of my profile and all associated information from Whitepages.       On Thursday, Jul 21, 9:57 AM I opted for a cancelation of their membership subscription services on whitepages.com and received the following confirmation from Whitepages.com: "Your Whitepages Premium membership has been cancelled." Despite my request and their subsequent confirmation, on Aug 21, 2022 I was billed by whitepages.com for this subscription. As of writing this complaint, I am still awaiting a response from Whitepages in regards to the issue stated above. Whitepages better have my money. Pay me what you owe me.

       Please note your account was not canceled within the 30 days period hence the reason for the reoccurring charge of $4.99 that was debited on August 21,2022. Your account is now canceled and there will be no further charge from Whitepages unless you make a new purchase.

      White pages has posted my private cell phone number to the public to view freely and I have attempted to opt-out numerous times from my personal information to be viewed publicly. White pages has taken no action. I have followed all their proper procedures to have my information opt- out and no action has been taken.
