      WhitePages Inc is a scam site. Be careful. WhitePages promotes a $1,00 search only to charge you $21.71 per month going forward. That amount is automatically billed going forward as they automatically enroll you in a premium search plan without your consent. If you happen to miss the charge they will only refund the prior two months. They never confirmed the premium service enrollment by email while insisting they do. All that and the search information was not accurate and was useless.This company should be put out of business for deceptive business practices.

      Paid for a reverse phone lookup. Never received report. Sent texts unresolved. Emails directed me to their site, which is useless, no account info or no reports that was paid for. Keep getting the run around. Avoid using their services you will be paying for a service never provided.

      This company should be out of business. They do not verify the information they publish. My information is listed with various people who I do not know. When a person with a similar name who lived in a different state pasted away, Whitepages published my information with the deceased's records. Consequently, people owed money by the deceased are having collection agencies call me to collect unpaid bills. Getting incorrect information removed is almost impossible because you have to identify each record to be corrected not just your own.

      I was checking a number that seemed fraudulent on Witepages.com. In order to get info, I have to sign up for a temporary membership for $1. When I did the information did not give me a name or company that was assigned to the number. So, I immediately cancelled my membership. They requested information why I was cancelling. I told them and she tried to find info but could not. Now, on Dec 24, I have a $19.99 charge on my credit card. I tried contacting them but their is not contact info on their site. This company does not seem to have good business practices and will scam money from you, every place they can.Do not do bushiness with them.

      This is a scam even if you cancel they will still take your money and then theres no phone number online but you can find it hidden in your email when I called them they finally agreed to a refund but then actually charge me five dollars to make the refund so if anyone decides to cancel please call the number if you cant find it I couldnt either but here it is***************

      Horrible Business! This business needs to be reported! They are a SCAM! They would not cancel my 5 day trial period that I paid for and that they advertise. Bogus phn number listed for cust svc. Call and see for yourself. It says an ERROR occurred during my cancellation and then notified I would be billed again after my trial period. Do NOT Sign up ppl!

      Paid for a background report using a valid phone number, a number that I just called the other day but the website keeps coming up with an error. Unable to access the report that I paid for, called customer service and was told I can't have a full refund because I made a purchase... And received nothing in return. How can that be fair? I get nothing, ***** Pages gets my money and only refunds a portion of the purchase price. Fraud plain and simple. Disputed charge with my credit card company.

      SCAM!!!! Stay away from this sight. Impossible to cancel and when you do get a hold of someone they claim that they have to charge a $4.95 cancellation fee
