      Ordered item in October...never arrived..3 calls to customer service with no refund...3 trips to a retail store to have them contact a manager...3 calls from managers with no refund..it is now December...no refund for over $100.00. Company is a joke...do not order online...there is no customer service and you can kiss your money goodbye!!!

      I ordered items that were not delivered yet and a new sale was currently on. I asked for a price adjustment and was told I would receive one as a one time credit. I was happy until I realized it did not show up on my credit card statement as the amount promised me. I reached out to a supervisor who was rude and not interested in keeping me as a valued customer. Wasted time with rude people, I will shop elsewhere. I deleted my Eddie Bauer account!

      I now understand why Eddie Bauer has closed so many stores. Although the clothes are good quality their customer service is terrible. Someone in another review used the word fraud and I agree that they are shady. An item I ordered went down in price a day or so after I ordered it, so I called to get the difference back. The difference was sent back in a e gift card, however when I clicked on the gift card, there was an error message and there was no credit. I called and so far I have received nothing even though my credit card has be charged the full amount. Where did the money go?

      Worst **************** ever!!! Buy from Amazon. Stay away from Eddie Bauer website.I ordered a gift on Oct 20 for an event on Nov 4. Confirmation showed 5-7 business days for delivery. When I realized this was not going to arrive on time I contacted EB cust svc for a refund. They refused. I had to now wait 11 business days before I could get a credit. I spoke with a supervisor to elevate this issue. She was pathetic. She kept repeating "we have rules". She could not understand that I was the customer getting no satisfaction. I no longer needed the gift and had to buy another. After 11 business days, I called cust svc again. I still can not get a credit and still no package has been received. Finally, the package arrives. Looking like it was through h*** and back. Now I have the priviledge of paying $7 to *** for the return or drive 30 minutes to the nearest store for the return. This would have been ok options if it was my choice to return the item, but this was no fault of my own. This retailer did not stand behind it's published delivery time line and created and expense and chore for me. Never again will I buy anything from Eddie Bauer. **************** training @ EB means denying any help or responsibility.Not my definition of customer service.

      OMG I wish I read these reviews before shopping online with Eddie Bauer. They mistakenly charged me 3 times (3 X $109.60) for the same order, and it has been almost a month since I notified them and they haven't returned my money yet. They also owe me money on two returns. In total they owe me $321.07 and I don't expect to see this money any time soon. Abysmal customer service. Will never shop with them again.

      Worst Shopping Experience in 52 years at the Eddie Bauer Outlet in *******, ************* on 10/22/23. I purchased four items. One item was the wrong size so six (6) minutes later, I tried to return an exchange it for the right size and I asked the clerk, whom turned out to be the manager she said, said No she could not as they had been bought out by a new Company and have new rules., For it to be an exchange I asked at least five times for the Exhange only just because it was the wrong size, she kept saying no, and then all of sudden she added a very derogatory, defamatory, comment to me which completely shocked and I did not even know what it was....I went outside and sat on the bench outside to look it up and Iwas appalled, offended and thoroughly insulted, and it is still bothering me today four days later on, to include it is waking me up in the middle of the night. I asked for my money back after she said it again, she would only give me the money back on three of the items, now at this point it is only 13 minutes later, but not let me exchange it for the correct size, and she was very indigent about it. Even the local outlets security gentlemen said she is not legally allowed to do that in ************* that is not allowed. Her defamation of my Caracter said by her in a public place was offensive, insulting and hurtful to say the least. I'm wondering now how many others have had all of this pulled on them at their expense by her and she is the manager she said.

      Do not order online! Return policy very poor. **************** by phone non-existent. Wanted to return two orders together and their website does not allow for that. They want a customer to pay two shipping costs even when the orders could easily be sent back in one bag. Paid $14.99 for expedited shipping of one order and it took 7 days, when estimate was 3-4 days. Contacted them by email after phone and chat did not work. Still waiting for a response to my email asking to return both orders in one bag for one shipping return fee. Responses to emails can take up to 48 hours. Used to be a very nice company with very decent clothing. Will not shop there again. Really seems like they are trying to cut too many corners and they are still blaming their limited service on Covid!!! I expect to be able to speak to someone at a company when I do business with them.

      DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AT EDDIE BAUER. I placed an order on a Friday afternoon and tried cancelling on a Saturday morning because I ordered the incorrect items (ordering on behalf of my elderly grandmother in a nursing home). They wont let me cancel because its in process. According to their policy, orders are only eligible for cancellation within 30 minutes after placing the order, then all orders are marked as in process. They told me that the order would be delivered in 7 business days, at which point I CAN PAY for a return label, send it back, have the return processed in **** business days, then receive a refund in 7 business days (3-4 weeks, in total). I asked why an order that hasnt been packaged for shipment and that is still in the queue (as in, nothing has been done with it yet) cant be cancelled, and the only reason is because its against policy. In fact, it is impossible to cancel orders from EB. I have NEVER had an experience like this where I ordered from a company that didnt allow you to cancel orders at this stage in processing. I gleaned three things from this experience: 1) They created a policy that is disadvantageous to the customer and that only benefits the company and, therefore COMPLETELY contradicts the term ***************** 2) Their Cancellation Policy is incorrect and doesnt actually exist. By saying they cant cancel orders in process, but all orders are immediately placed in that stage, then NO ORDER CAN BE CANCELLED, at all. 3) They do not care about the environmental impact or the impact on those in the warehouse actually processing the orders. Its a complete waste of resources and goes against what this company is built on Bottom line, Eddie Bauer doesnt value their customers.

      After trying to purchase a gift card for a relative I couldn't purchase it online (I figured I wasn't tech savvy enough) I'm kinda old so I went to the actual store. After walking through the mall parking lot through the mall and finally got to the actual store. Found them on the counter and tried to purchase them and was told I couldn't..computers down would not be able to for a month ??

      Very poor customer service, more than once. The products are definitely not the quality they used to be. Called company twice over the last two years with issues with their jeans. Both times they used the term " no longer ". So I guess it's my turn to say " no longer ". I will buy a different brand. I had been a loyal customer for 25 plus years. SAD.
