      I wish I would have read these reviews before I use cheapticket.com.I booked two ticket to *****, for a friend and I. That same day my friend had an emergency and could not make the trip with me. So within less than 24 hours, I tried to reschedule the flight. I explained to the agent that I was trying to move. my flight, not canceled. he told me that I had to pay a $600 fee. I tried to explain to him. I was not canceling the trip I needed to reschedule the trip. He proceeded to tell me he can reschedule my trip, but it would be for more money than what I originally paid. I was so frustrated. I end up requesting for a cancellation, by that time the cancellation somehow went up to $900. I could not believe it, this was within 24 hours from booking. I bit the bullet and requested a cancellation anyway. It has been over three months now and I still have not received my refund!!!!. Please dont ever use this company.

      ************ takes no responsibility for the prices they quote. After having exchanged emails with them for many weeks regarding a $107 price difference between what they quoted for a motel and what I actually paid with no resolution and many evasive responses, I gave up. I have used CheapTickets for many years with no issues. I am very disappointed and will no longer be a 'client' or advocate for their services. Please be aware.

      I called the cheap tickets phone line as their web page showed a 15% number discount which was a scam to get you to call. My daughter found the round-trip fare for $717.I called back and was promised a call back in an hour no call. I called back after 2 hours. I was told they were still working on my request. I received a call back and had to explain the situation all over. I asked for the fare to be $717. I received a call back with a price of $850.i told him to cancel my flights. He said I did not let him finish and then said he would give me the flights for $792. Which was higher than my request. I accepted the price. I then saw on my CC I was charged twice. I called and was told it would take up to 2 weeks. This phone line is just a scam to get more money for the same tickers as on line and the 15% off is a scam to get you to call. The process took many hours. I would not call these people.

      Advised refund was completed and then no refund received. Called back told something different. Received an email confirming refund now they are saying it was not. Seems like every time you call you are told something different. Supervisor said he would call back because of system issues and could not see the notes. Never called back? Just seems like a complete joke

      Booked a flight, waited a hour- no confirmation email/ just the "booked" email. Called they said "someone will reach out to you within 72 hours". My flight is in less than 24 hours. Ask to just cancel the reservation. They said "no" though they state you can cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

      Apparently I wasn't aware of CheapTickets.com horrible business practices. I receive a credit for flight back in June 2022, They sent me an email and said I could apply it to from my cheap tickets account, when I went to apply my credit to a new flight, I noticed that I never received the online credit. Then, I called and was told them the flight I wanted my credit applied to. They kept putting me on hold and coming back stating the price had risen, first by $20 then by $100. This was clearly a scam. I want my $434 refund, and I will NEVER use cheap tickets again. Also, I was speaking to a person name *** in Asia, who could not give me a manager. This is terrible that a business can take our money and nothing happens to them.

      I booked a round trip ticket and car through cheaptickets.com The price quoted for the entire trip was $508 +return $123, + rental car $ 0. The total should have $632 without taxes. But at ********** I was charge about $900 without giving the breakdown. WhenI got help from the help center I was told the fare was as follows:outbound : ***-*** ****** USD+366.60 USD+ Alamo Rent A Car335.29 USD.This is not transparent, they quote a fare and they charge a different fare.

      I have been trying since April to get a refund. During times like these I would think your company would be more considerate of the financial burden families are facing, not only did we have to cancel due to a lockdown in the country I also have to deal with your lockdown. Pointing fingers to other companies is not what a leadership company does to resolve issues. Unable to get a refund through the insurance purchased, your company gives me the runaround and now I am $2500 out. This trip was for a family of 5.

      I bought a ticket and forgot to put a letter at the end of a last name. I filled out the form they said I needed to three times with no updates. I was told the 2nd time that I would have to wait for airline to fix the name, but when I called airline they told me since Cheaptickets is a 3rd party they would fix it. I called the airline again, and they told me the name was changed but the new ticket was not reissued. I called Cheaptickets again and I told them the name has been changed on airlines side but a ticket needs reissued and they kept bringing up name change when I told them that it was fixed already. I was on the phone for over 2 hours trying to tell them I need ticket reissued because the person was not showing up on itinerary. I was "transferred" through multiple people but no one was doing anything and I was on hold at least 40 minutes. I wouldn't recommend them if you need customer service help. No one seems to understand or know what they are doing.
