      Purchased tickets to ***** last July cancelled next morning said credit would be issued thru Cheaptickets and it was. However, I've been trying to book reservations since last year so I called on July 29, 2022 on the call with representative for 57 minutes hold times and conversation.tried to book using my credit found a flight with same airlines I cancelled with and was told first,there are no flights available when I was clearly looking at the flight reservation right in front of me.secondly, there was a code listed on the past reservation that I was told couldn't be used on the new reservation even if I booked on my own, really?may I speak with someone in charge who can either REFUND my credit or book my flight I don't understand what is going on, even when you play by their rules. I was told management was on the line with someone else. I WAITED ADDITIONAL 10 minutes and was then disconnected. Prior to discussion with agent my concerns she asked if the phone was the number on file if we get disconnected, I said yes and they haven't called back. Their practices are deceptive practices. Will not recommend that site, to bad I didn't know how horrible their business practices are want a refund. No discussion necessary.
