I am extremely disappointed in Infinity Solar USA. It took way too long to get the panels up and running and there was little to no follow through with what was promised. It took from July until November to complete the process.I would not recommend this company to anyone if you are considering installing solar. In fact, I wish I would not have installed solar panels at all because I'm not realizing much in the way of savings at all. Don't believe their promises.... So disappointed!!!!

Our system has been in for 13 months. Pacific Power is now billing us $12.14 per month which is the hookup charge for the utility. Our average monthly bill before installation was $200. We opted to purchase our system outright so we could have the federal tax credit of 30% of the installation. All has worked well.We also purchased the Sense monitoring system which allows ** to see which appliances are consuming power, how much they use and when they come on and shut off. Kind of nerdy but interesting all the same. Our experience with the installation process was not without a hiccup or two but our install wasn't a simply one because of the shape of the roof and the numerous gables and valleys. Any issue(s) we had were handled promptly without question. I hand out Infinity business cards from our sales rep ******** I'm asked about the system and our results. I rated their business as a 5 star experience.

I had solar panels installed / completed around April 2023. The process started in Nov 2022. It took some time for everything to get completed and there was some back and forth with ***, but eventually it was completed. I was impressed with how the financing went - that seems fine/ good. The part that is a little hard is that my cost hasn't decreased as much as I had expected or hoped. While I'm producing energy, *** is charging me 'monthly service charge' and 'demand charges', which brings up the bill. The *** bills in general for everyone have probably gone up based on the demand with last summer's heat, but in my tracking of costs, it looks like I'm breaking about even (maybe - considering the financing). I'm still glad that I did it and appreciate the company and what they did. Environmentally - I'm glad and believe in solar - so from that perspective I'm glad I did it. But I'm not saving as much as I thought I would.

It was the best price out of 5 other quotes I got and process was smooth. As far as production it hasn't really met the system capacity except once last year and when I called to ask why they mentioned it's due to weather temp. I'm waiting to see if it will meet the capacity again. Still best bang for the buck.

Infinity solar helped me take advantage of the incentive plans. The reps have been delightful and the job was well done the first time.

Infinity caught me at an opportune time as we were already doing a home remodel and I had been thinking about getting solar panels anyway. The sales guy was awesome and listened to all my questions and sat patiently while I read every word of the contract. However, I did not realize how much time it was going to take to get the city involved, get the equipment inspected, get the local electricity company to inspect and sign off, sign up for a new electricity company that allows charge backs, that my home insurance company was going to cancel me because they don't insure solar panels, that my home insurance would triple once they were installed, that if the power grid goes down so does my electricity even though I have solar panels, etc. No one within Infinity warned me that all these other steps were needed or even something I'd need to deal with. When I asked some of those questions, the response was, "Oh, it's no big deal." It ended up taking over two months from the completion of the installation until I was able to actually "turn them on" and start using sun power. I had to ping people at Infinity over and over and over for months until I finally found one contact who could provide me with information. I was expecting my electricity bill to go from ~$150 per month to close to zero, with possible credits during certain months. So far, my new bill has ranged from $42 - $65 per month...not what I was expecting, so I'm kind of disappointed with the whole thing.

Throughout the process, I encountered instances that led me to question the company's business practices. One issue arose during the initial signing of documents, where customers were required to sign before receiving crucial information regarding the feasibility of a solar project for their home. The projected solar output figures provided at this stage turned out to be misleading, with actual results falling well below what was initially promised.Following the inspection process, I received finance documents promptly from Infinity, indicating a strong push towards commitment before having the opportunity to review the actual output findings. Despite expressing my reservations to reassess based on the discrepancies in output figures, I was met with pressure from the sales rep to proceed with the project.Upon informing the representative of my decision to cancel due to interest rates and drop in projected output, I was met with unprofessional behavior, including attempts to belittle my concerns and pressure me into reconsidering. It was concerning to discover that buried within the Project Agreement packet were fees amounting to $1554, should a customer wish to terminate the contract. This lack of transparency regarding cancellation fees reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.I am relieved to have canceled my contract with Infinity Solar. It has become evident that their business model prioritizes rapid processing and financial gain over providing customers with accurate information and fair terms. The reliance on exorbitant interest rates and pressure tactics to secure contracts raises ethical concerns and does not align with the standards of a reputable solar company.I advise customers to seek alternative options for solar needs and consider utilizing local credit unions for financing, ensuring transparent and fair terms without risking undue financial burden or contractual obligations with companies such as Infinity Solar.

Exceptional customer service and prompt response when I had questions. It's been only about 8 months since I had the solar panels installed so I'm yet to see the full efficiency.
