Infinity Solar made the process of installing solar panels as effortless, on my part, as possible. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Each step in the process was efficient. Everyone was polite, explained each step of the way and was available whenever I had questions. I have not had to pay an electric bill since installation. I recommend Infinity Solar to everyone I know that is considering solar energy.

1 starInfinity Solars Sale **** ******** approached me with a quote for putting solar panels on my house. They had an assessor come out to measure my roof. He spent about 4 hours doing so. They contacted me and said that they were waiting on my home owners association to approve the plan and then they would order the materials and begin the work. The home owners association DID NOT approve the plan. I then lost my job and told them that there was no way that I could move forward with the work. I EXPLAINED THIS TO THEM SEVERAL TIMES... They told me that I still owed them 10% of the work even though no work was done and they could not provide a time and material bill to justify the 10%. I sent them a cashier's check, I good faith, for $200 for the 4 hours for surveyors work registered mail. They returned the check saying that ******** could not cash the check because he was an employee of the company but did not provide me an alternative department where I could send the check. Now they are threatening $3,428.24 that has been to a collection agency threatening litigation because "I signed an cpontract" even though they did not explain this to me. I asked for a truthful, auditable time and material bill but they have not responded. They also had informed that they needed the approval from my ********************** to order the materials. I informed them of the following violations to the *** (Uniform Commercial Code):15 USC title 1 and 15USC ****i :Because they refused my payment that was sent in good faith, they are now additionally in violation of:*** Code ***** and *** Code ***** I am requesting that they CEASE AND DESIST their illegal activity. They had no empathy for a single moother who had lost her job and could not afford to pay them for WORK THAT THEY DID NOT DO AND CANNOT PROVIDE AN AUDITABLE ACCOUNT FOR TIME AND MATERIAL. THEY EVEN TOLD ME THAT WE WAITING ON MY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION TO APPROVE THE PLAN BEFORE THEY COULD BEGIN THE WORK.Review fromJean M K

We had the solar panels installed 2022 The sales people that came to the house seemed knowledgeable and answered our questions. The first year we did have to still pay more in the winter for electricity but last winter was great because of the banked kilowatts. The issue we had was with the info that was given about the Energy Credit that we were supposed to claim on our state taxes. As it was explained more than once to us there was a probability that could get a credit of up to $5,000.00 on our taxes. We had told the sales people that my husband and my only income was Social Security. If you only get Social Security you can not claim a Tax Credit because it is not taxable income. We only found this information out after the panels were installed and were doing taxes.Infinity Solar USA

I am so satisfied. I save money every month with lower electric bills, even with paying the monthly payment for the system. The whole process to install and get the panels working took a little time, but permits and electrical work always take time. The representatives and installers were pleasant, respectful, and explained anything I asked. Also, I am so amazed that here in the northwest with many cloudy rainy days my panels produce juice to share and my bill varies only a couple dollars between summer and winter.all the workersInfinity Solar USA

Infinity Solar was extremely customer friendly from the initial sales process to final installation. We have had our solar system for about a year beginning in early March of 2023. The energy generated was banked by our electric company and we have only needed to pay the minimum monthly fee of $13 and we still have enough energy banked to carry us through until summer when we begin generating more energy than we use on a monthly basis. We highly recommend Solar and Infinity Solar as the company providing the product and installation.Infinity Solar USA

I live in ******** **, my home faces the south, I have had my solar system for ~3 years. I love it, even in the winter with snow and clouds. I only pay PG&E a small surcharge of ~$12.52 even in the dead of winter. Two years later I changed my router and could not get my app running, they came over and resolved the issue at no cost. I find that they are ALL very personable from on the phone to the tech support fixing my app the sales people and the crew who put my panels on. I never felt pressure even from the sales people. Yes, there were some hiccups during the installation on getting parts. But that is not their fault every home is different. They always kept me informed on the status. Yes, the permits were slow, but again, that is not Infinity Solar fault. As long as I was informed all was good. It took about 3 months for the entire process which I was fine with, it was not as if I was without electricity. They gave me paperwork that I needed for the tax break as well. As for me they were ALL very thorough. I highly recommend Infinity Solar USA.Infinity Solar USA

Designing the system, drawing plans, getting permits, installation and follow up with tax breaks was good.Would like assistance with monitoring my system outputs. 2 starsMy experience with Infinity Solar was very mixed. The outreach/sales staff were very professional, answering my questions and providing timely follow up. Given the increased demand for solar system systems, the crews who provided the on-site installations had some challenges in finding the parts needed. The worst part of my experience occurred with the linkage with the company-identified contact person who was absent during critical times and who did not appear to anticipate issues coordinating services with outside agencies, i.e. PGE, inspectors, etc. I had my initial interview at the end of January 2023 and did not get service started until August 10, 2023, which deprived me of the best solar collection time of the year. Given the challenge of working with the office contact, I would not recommend this company.Review fromEric J

2 starsI had Solar installed from infinity Solar about a year ago. The installation and communication were fine from the Infinity. Permitting took awhile, which could have been my city and they had to add additional circuits for the load, etc. Which unfortunately, took longer for the installation. The Installer team damaged my siding, and it took several months for them to fix. All in all my biggest issue is that I was sold on the word of the Infinity Sales person that the panels would cover about 90% of my energy cost. Which hasn't been remotely anywhere close to that amount. So now having to pay not only for solar and installation cost, but the the additional overages imported from the grid. The panels barely cover 60% of the energy cost, and was told that there wasn't anything that could be done. So in my case, I truly wish I would not have had Solar installed. I do not recommend and regret my choice with Infinity Solar.
