I'm not easily impressed by salespeople, especially when door-to-door cold calls are involved, but ************************* blasted through every negative stereotype I ever had. *****, calm, informative, and good-humored, he captured my confidence and trust. Whether I move forward with the project remains to be seen because I do want to do a bit more vetting with solar providers in the ***********, ** area.Infinity Solar USA

I had solar installed one year ago. The installation went great and we were producing power in the time frame described. I have had some issues with a bad connection and software, but they were resolved quickly with friendly technicians. If I had to install solar again, I would use Infinity.The only issue I have is that I referred two neighbors to Infinity and they had solar panels installed. Infinity promised a rebate for successful referrals but I have not seen anything yet.Infinity Solar USA

1 starThis company should be sued for fraud. After my deposit it was months of rescheduling and two installers later they showed up and installed. Upon system check out it was noted the new panels were not compatible with my existing system and would not charge the batteries. We had numerous conversations about compatibility prior to installation and I even insisted they do an on site inspection before installation . Now its all lawyer talk, if you dont pay we will slap a lean on your home. I wish I had found this site last yearReview fromBharadwaj T

I had good experience work with infinity solar. They have been prompt in responding to my questions throughout the process. It wouldve been ideal for my setup to be fully functional a little earlier. I thought it got delayed by approx ***** days. If not for that it was smooth experience setting up my solar panels.Infinity Solar USA

1 star**************** was awesome! However, after that, I don't know how they stay in business. We started this process in April and it wasn't until October that it was finally fully functional. I can't count how many times they made an appointment two weeks out and never called and never showed. I would honestly guess about 10x. On top of that, after they took pictures of your electrical and finalized our quote, they wanted another 3k to replace our electrical panel because they said it was to old.This whole thing has been a mess to deal with and I would NEVER do business with them again! This is a mismanaged and incompetent company. Don't let their customer service fool you!!!! ..... RUN!!!!!!!Review fromGary C

1 starNot a good fan with costumer service. I took time off work twice to be told on the same day that they could not make the commitment due to (part not available and electrician not finishing other job in time). No follow through, I have to call them to find out that they are not coming.The workmanship was spotty, it failed the county inspection for the Main Panel Unit install. (still not fixed)The wiring polarity was reversed on the solar panel install, which I ended up fixing.My wife was not happy when they damage her plants on the side of the house.If I could put a neg 1 star rating I would.Review fromDwight S

Well I was told one thing and got the installed. then the date to install came I took off work and they called that morning and said the panels did not come in. So I waited four days and they installed the 12 panels so I said I would a photo of the panels . They said they would have to get the from the sales Lady I called her and she was moving and this was Saturday about 11:30am and would me back Monday but never called back two weeks later, The Saturday and said was not putting out enery and they came and said a wires at time I had all four lights the full amount and two weeks Later down to lights , brand NEW panels so then I had to send ******** dollars already paid one thousand dollars total of 15000:00. So they have not switch me from my electric to the one they selected and I had to pay 295:00 cancellated. Charge and they send me photo of my bill with cancelation.charge and they reimburse me so I did so they never called back So once in paid in full they would not answer my call and left message. **************Infinity Solar USA

1 starNot even wanting to give them a 1 star review. After taking way longer to have panels installed, even longer getting them up and running we are still having issues. We were promised a bill of no more than $10 per month with our power company and this has yet to happen. My bill seems to keep going up and all while being told well it was winter.... It is now the end of summer and my bill is almost $100 a month and everything is "working properly" They refuse to call back and address the complaint. So now with a $100 month power bill and $145 solar panel payment I am completely regretting trusting this company.
