1 starWe have a sign right next to the doorbell that says "Absolutely no soliciting." They rang the doorbell anyway. My wife answered and told them we were not interested. They kept at it and said "We're not trying to sell you anything." Really? His end goal wasn't to get us to make an appointment for them to sell us solar. So, lie #1. Next he said "With our system you could completely eliminate your power bills." He has no idea what our power bill and sun exposure are so, lie #2. Nobody should be doing business with a company that disrespects homeowner's wishes and lies to them.Review fromGreg K

Anyone considering a Solar System should perform extensive research, as the industry is unregulated and there are many disreputable companies out there. I selected Infinity Solar USA because my neighbor had them and was very happy with their work and system. I have experienced the same - the system was professionally installed and works well without exception. I did experience some minor issues with the permitting process, which were responsively resolved by Infinity. The final inspection was completed without incident and some questions I had on system performance were quickly answered. Additionally, our system is tied to the local power grid and we receive credits when the system generates excess power. There were no issues with that part of the installation as well. I have read many of the reviews posted here, and even for those who are unhappy with the results Infinity is responsive and attempts to make things right. Thats worth considering if you are interested in Solar. Many in the industry are not. Infinity Solar has performed well for me.

1 starMy rating would go with a -5 star if there would be a one. We got into this with the promise $10-$20 electric bill each month. So far we only see less than $10 credit each month and we still pay $96 last month, and $87 the previous month for out electric bills. This is pretty the worst investment we ever have so far in our lives. We totally regret to get the solar!!!Review fromJason L

Please know that I don't provide 5-star reviews for just any business unless I am truly impressed by the quality of service a company provides. This company is organized and has shown a distinct quality among each department of it's company, which I think is lost in many larger companies these days. From the salesman, to the initial imaging and measurement person, to the engineering team, the installers, and the behind the scenes office coordinators-- they have all been prompt, organized, and professional. Their communication has been great, even with their busy schedules, they made time to discuss any questions I had. I spoke with many of them throughout the process. They delivered a quality product exactly as we had agreed to in signing the service contract. I gave a 5-star review because I think Infinity Solar did an excellent job with the 10 solar panels they installed on my barn/shed. I do think the cost of going solar is expensive, but the cost/benefit of a system long-term made sense to me, especially with the power prices only continuing to increase. The system I had installed is more of a "hybrid-system" meaning it doesn't cover the full offset of my cost thru the power company, but we'll see how things perform once the full sunshine comes in spring and summer and the amount of power credit that I'll get from the power company --I wanted to test the waters first before adding any more panels or adding a battery system. To save costs, I dug the trench, laid the conduit, and pulled the string in prep for pulling wire. Infinity Solar pulled the wire, installed the panels, and installed a small sub-panel for a minimal amount more. I was pleased with the end result and the final cost was exactly what I agreed to. The company has an app they partner with that provides live updates directly to my phone that allows me to view the productivity of the entire system and each panel individually. I am happy with my decision and the company I trusted to do the work.Infinity Solar USA
