      I am very satisfied with the service and installation of the new door. Serviceman arrived on time and was polite and quick about his work. The new door and enclosed blinds work very well. My only concern was that I was not given any options about on what date service would be done. Luckily, I was able to accommodate your schedule. This fact was much easier to take after I learned my door was under warranty and there was no charge. Excellent!

      Great service! Our w2indows were 18 years old and Milgard replaced 10 of them with no questions. The crew that came out was neat and completed the change-out very quickly. They washed the windows and cleaned up any mess. Nice to see a company that honors their warranty so quickly and professionally!

      I've had ******** windows in two houses, however we added seven window in a remodel about 2 years ago, they are the ones with black exterior. When I noticed a few of these seven window were chipping on the black exterior I contacted customer service. They wanted pictures, so I sent about 5 to them immediately. It was weeks and weeks before anyone came out. That was yesterday, so I'm expecting them to be fixed. The guy (very rude) did nothing but look at them and then tell us we chipped them. Seriously, we've got nothing better to do than go outside and chip our new windows that we paid thousands for. Absolutely ridiculous and insulting. Then he said he would write up a report. I'm sure that will go well. Now we will wait weeks and weeks again for someone to get back to us. These used to be good windows with great customer service but it is sorely lacking now. I cannot recommend them for that reason. We will see if anyone really reads these reviews.

      Excellent work by Milgard. The guys were early and went right to work. Replaced our sliding door in about 30 minutes....it's so clear now! Great job....

      Milgard traveled to the Oregon coast and changed out a bad seal on a window under warranty.They were exceptional to work with.
